I won't be returning here.I had a bad experience here prior but I decided to give it one more try. My son and I stood at the hostess stand for 15 minutes (yes i timed it). We were not acknowledged by staff, they were too busy drinking and flirting with each other at the bar.

Stay away! We went there because of the deal they are having on their Wings. It honestly sounded to good to be true. FACT! Place was Empty. Around 3,4 tables seated. The hostess/server/busser/bartender greeted us after around 5 min waiting. He was very nice and seemed to be doing that best he could under the terrible circumstances he was in. He explained that it would take around 5,10 minutes for us to get sat. With an EMPTY place; that seemed a little weird but they were clearly short staffed so we waited. That was another couple in front of us that after a few minutes decided to leave. I wish we had done the same. Instead, we were seated after around 10 min and waited another 10 for a server to greet us. Keep in mind that the same guy that was running around, bussing, hosting etc, was our server. Again, he was very nice. We order 2 drinks and watched as the manager was behind the bar looking around, doing absolutely nothing while we waited for our drinks. After ordering the drinks, it took about 10 more minutes for another totally differently sever to ask us about our order. (We were still waiting for our drinks, and at this point, the manager was not behind the bar anymore).They took our orders and we sat for another 10 minutes waiting for at least someone to start making our drinks… NOPE…I can honestly say that I Never walked out from a restaurant after being seated but this was the only thing we could do… we grab our 2 years old boy and left. Overall, we stayed for about 40 minutes and didn’t get nothing to eat or drink.I understand that many places are short staffed but the lack of urgency from the staff that was actually there working, was absurd. They had 2 servers, 1 manager, 1 hostess for 4 tables and they were still able to make this the worst experience we ever had. Don’t be fool by these deals, they are usually costly. We ended up at Wendy’s across the street…Stay away!

I understand being short staffed (truly) but acknowledging customers when they walk in should be a given and is very simple to do. When we arrived there were 3 employees on the floor: 2 servers and one lady at the bar: Tending to a total of 6 tables, which dwindled down to 3 tables by the time we were actually acknowledged and seated by the lady tending to the one person at the bar, she, as well as our waitress “Taj” were sadly a frustrating disappointment. As for the food-Our plates were hot but food tepid and hardened (which means it sat ready on the line too long)To make a long story short customer service is NOT their strong suit. Unless of course you are not really hungry and instead craving bold contempt.We have worked in the service industry for a while ,(20+years) we know tips are an Inter-gal part Of our livelihood so we very much dislike walking out without tipping because we get how challenging it can be but we do not believe and rewarding bad behavior and I did not reward such careless insolent service disguised as southern hospitality with a sweet goodbye.

It was very busy when we went but the food was still on point and our glasses were never empty. Always a good meal here in my experience.

Stood at the door waiting for a table for 10 minutes and they weren’t full. Only about 10 tables seated at the time. 4-5 servers working and two hosts, all of whom were moving slower than a snail. Finally got seated and sat there for 10 minutes and no one came by so we left. Host could have been clearing tables and taking drink orders. I would give negative stars if I could. Pathetic customer service. Stay away!

Tashana greeted me after being seated and was wonderful! I felt so welcomed! Anyway, aside from Tashana being an absolute rockstar, I was blasted when I received…a pretty decent steak! I expected the usual mystery meat, overcooked in the microwave. What I got wasn’t half bad and most surprising of all is it was cooked perfect medium rare with beautiful grill marks. Perfectly cooked broccolli and the mashed potatoes were bomb. Has Applebees brought their standards back up recently or what?!Awesome job tonight. Really good. I’m gonna tell people to start going to Applebees again.

Dined here on 03/18/24. Bartender asked me if I wanted the check before I was even finished eating. Just as I finished eating, she laid my check in front of me creating a somewhat awkward atmosphere. I believe I would have been more comfortable if she had just simply asked me to leave. All this occurred a little before 9:00pm. They didn’t close until 11:00pm. Pathetic to say the least. Will not be going back.

We have tried to get into this Applebees at least 3 times and we’re always told it they don’t have the staff so we left. It has been about a year so we thought we would give it another shot today. Should have went with our gut and stayed away. No staff yet again and it took about 55 minutes to get our food after waiting about 30 minutes to order. During that time people just sat in the waiting area while no one even acknowledged them. I saw at least 15 people walk out while we waited for our food. At one point, a worker yelled to higher one go do something he yelled “just leave me alone” whoever runs this place should feel bad. We definitely wont be going back.

**Update... gave it another try and got more of the same.. steak was far from well and we were missing sides... also my chicken was undercooked. And again.. waited outside for 10 min after checking in only to have my boyfriend go insside and wait another 10-15 minutes.. food was cold AGAIN!!!Curbside was a joke. Waited at least 10 min in appropriate spot after checking in. Once I finally got through after several call attempts I was on hold another 4 min. Walked inside and they had no knowledge that I checked in. Left with a cold order!! Staff was halfway pleasant and apologized.

0/5 AWEFUL!!!! ORDER FOR TAKEOUT. WAITED 1HR FOR MY FOOD. WALKED 2 MINS BACK TO HOTEL. COLD STEAK, COLD BROCCOLI. HOW CAN YOU SCREW UP THAT BADLY. overall will never return. Do not recommend to anyone ever.
