I seldom leave reviews but think these guys deserve it! I only order to go from this location despite being the furthest from my home because they always get it right! I have yet to meet a team member who was t outstanding and courteous! And being someone in the industry, I realize how hard that is to accomplish sometimes. This location never disappoints!

This was the worst experience that we have ever had at Applebee's. They were out of Ribeyes. My husband ordered the 3 cheese chicken penne and they were out of breadsticks. They refused to substitute ant other bread in its place. The manager said there were no substitutes and if she substituted anything for my husband, she would have to substitute for everybody else. She finally reluctantly said she would take $2 off of the bill. We ordered 2 alcoholic beverages but 30 minutes into our service. we still had not received them. So, we asked to take them off the bill. We finally received our food about 45 minutes after we ordered but my husband's penne was cold and my friend and my fries were cold. They ultimately took the penne off of the ticket. We will not be back.

Service was terrible. 45 minutes after being seated, still no opportunity to order. Had to ask for drinks. Wait on straws. Drinks were wrong. Waitress never asked for our order. It was not busy at all. People who were seated probably 20 minutes after us were waiting on their food as we left hungry.

I ordered the honey pepper chicken with 3 cheese mac and cheese and it was horrid. Flavors did not mesh well at all and there was no pepper in the honey pepper chicken. Floors were filthy and the menu i had was sruck together. The waitress Kim was pleasant and did a great job. I can't say I recommend the food but the drinks and service was great.
Couldn’t give this place zero stars because it’s not an option. But damn this place is so garbage. As soon as you arrive the hostess a young lazy kid. I give Respect for atleast working but damn atleast fake it till you make it. I don’t know why I keep giving this place a try . It is empty and they take forever to seat you take forever to get your food order then the waiters are just rude and zero motivation or care. Someone needs to care here manager atleast. This is unacceptable.

We arrived around 4:30 and waited over two minutes (yes, i looked at my arrival time) for the bartender, who was within speaking distance of the host area, to acknowledge us. She came over to tell us that she would get someone to seat us. A guy, not in uniform, walked toward us holding up 2 fingers, got menus, and led us to a table, never speaking a word. Our server was very personable and friendly and listened to modifications to meals that were made. However, when he brought my son's steak out he said that my son should cut the steak to see if it's too well-done b/c it looked like that to him. He'd told the kitchen, who was already working on another one. Just in case. What???? Just bring the other one. My son, the people pleaser, said the steak would be OK and it was taken back to the kitchen to be dressed with the sauce and shrimp it was supposed to be topped with. Our food came out and that was the last time we saw the server until I put my credit card on the table to pay b/c we were tired of waiting. From arrival, it was almost 50 minutes between being seated and getting food. There were two other tables in service and one large party in the bar area whose table was being cleared when we walked in. Based on our experience, I wouldn't recommend- especially if you're in a hurry.

Satisfied with everything but my biggest pet peeve - bathroom a mess. Ranch dressing was like water with no flavor. Had the Grilled chicken sandwich which was at a special price of $8.99 and was very good.
