I did a online order of Wontons, took over an hour to prepare. Applebee's person said they had a table of 20 before my order. That's no excuse for a single order of Wontons. I will never order from them again 😒

Ordered steak and shrimp with broccoli and mash potatoes. Apparently they don’t have broccoli and instead of telling me they didn’t have it just gave me loaded mash potatoes. Got to work to eat it and had to sift out my steak of a bowl of potatoes. Called to see if I could get some kind of partial refund. Phone kept getting passed around and no one would help me. Ontop of having to wait forever when anyone was barely seated to pick up my to go. I was very disappointed and will not be. I didn’t order a casserole of potatoes and steak. This was not good.

Got seated ..they were not crowded at all Took over an hour to get food and both couples ordered their 2 for 25 specials.. no drink refills..and food was lukewarm at best.not a good experience.
I don’t understand why the service is SO slow at this location. The waiters are kind, the hostess is a sweetheart, but the food takes an eternity to come out!!

This restaurant is absolutely horrible. I waited 45 minutes for cold, undercooked food. I ordered loaded mashed potatoes, but they gave me cold fries instead. My burger was bloody. I will never spend money at that particular Applebee's again!

My girlfriend and I had one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had at this Applebee’s location. While we were seated quickly (the only positive part of the visit), everything went downhill from there.
We ordered an appetizer that never came out despite reminding our server multiple times. At one point, he even said it would come out with our entrees. The entrees came… still no appetizer. Then, one of our meals was supposed to have sausage and chicken — yet it only had five tiny pieces of sausage in sight.
We also ordered a side of broccoli, which we didn’t receive until the end of our meal after reminding the server again. We had asked for extra sausage due to how little was served, and he brought it only to try and charge us extra for it, even though the portion in the original dish was already lacking.
To top it off, after our plates were cleared and we were clearly finished eating, he finally tried to bring the appetizer out and then had the nerve to charge us for it, along with the broccoli we barely got and the extra sausage.
Overall, this was frustrating, careless service, and we felt ignored and overcharged. We won’t be returning anytime soon, and I hope management seriously considers retraining staff on attentiveness and honesty. This visit was completely unacceptable.
