My girlfriend and I had one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had at this Applebee’s location. While we were seated quickly (the only positive part of the visit), everything went downhill from there.
We ordered an appetizer that never came out despite reminding our server multiple times. At one point, he even said it would come out with our entrees. The entrees came… still no appetizer. Then, one of our meals was supposed to have sausage and chicken — yet it only had five tiny pieces of sausage in sight.
We also ordered a side of broccoli, which we didn’t receive until the end of our meal after reminding the server again. We had asked for extra sausage due to how little was served, and he brought it only to try and charge us extra for it, even though the portion in the original dish was already lacking.
To top it off, after our plates were cleared and we were clearly finished eating, he finally tried to bring the appetizer out and then had the nerve to charge us for it, along with the broccoli we barely got and the extra sausage.
Overall, this was frustrating, careless service, and we felt ignored and overcharged. We won’t be returning anytime soon, and I hope management seriously considers retraining staff on attentiveness and honesty. This visit was completely unacceptable.

NE Applebee's Carside Pickup: I ordered (1) Bourbon Street Chicken & Andouille Sausage and; (2) Blackened Shrimp & Andouille Sausage. Both come w/ Alfredo Sauce, peppers & onions (might not be onions in the shrimp one) . . . haven't eaten it yet. But the Bourbon Chicken is delicious 😋. Parking lot was full, so it seems to be trendy!!!

This is ridiculous second 1 star rating for Applebee's at 2 different locations service is terrible food is fair. How long does it take to really get a drink it took 20 minutes to get a whiskey sour and they were not busy at all. This staff needs to be trained we wanted to give Applebee's another chance and they failed miserably there is no pride in their restaurants anymore

If I could give less than 1 star I would this place is absolutely terrible the food takes forever to get to your table and it’s ALWAYS wrong drinks are weak server didn’t even give us utensils or water bathrooms are dirty and have piss all over the floors I would highly recommend you don’t come here not worth spending your money or time here

When someone finally came to me, I explained I had been wanting for some time. The reply was, "I don't have a to go person tonight." That should not be my problem. She went to the kitchen and returned quickly with my order. Too quickly. It had obviously been sitting as long as I had. I should have requested new food, but at this point, I was running out of time, thereby leaving us with cold meals. From this point on I will drive the additional 3 miles to patronize the Killian Road location and advise all my friends to follow suit.

Waited over 1 1/2 hours food, waited 45 minutes for appetizers. Left after 1 1/2 hour wait and manager was shocked, we had been waiting for so long. Waitress told us our appetizers were free, but Manger said they were not free because we waited so long for our food. Paid for appetizers that came with 2 for $32 and left.

Horrendous experience. Walked in to a dead restaurant. Hardly anyone was there...should have been our first clue our experience was going to be bad. We were seated immediately, the waitrese took our drink orders and never returned. We never saw her again. The hostess was a mere 20ft from us and made no effort to check on us. Absolutely brutal experience. After 30 min of being utterly ignored we got up and left. Wish I would have checked the reviews ahead if time. This place clearly has many issues that need to be worked out. Beware.

Waitress took our beer order and later came back to tell me they didn't have Corona.....ordered a different beer then waited and waited and waited and nothing. Didn't see her for 15 minutes and didn't see anyone pouring our beers. Saw her chatting with with another patron. In total, waited just over 30+ minutes before we picked up and left. Worst service in a second rate restaurant I have ever had........
