One of my favorite places for casual food and drinks. Nice small bar. Pleasant alfresco option. Convenient free parking. Pleasant friendly place to share a meal with friends or just hangout at the bar.

An absolutely delicious meal from start to finish. The salmon was exceptional: cooked to perfection, with wonderfully crispy skin and accompanied by a simply perfect spicy sauce. The mussels were equally delicious, with a fantastic balance between saltiness and the sweetness of the sea. And let's not forget the spinach rice—so good it deserves a 12 out of 10!

I decided to stop at Arabesque as I was driving through Columbia and I thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere on 10/12/15. I appreciate the liberal use of tahini sauce with many meals, especially when other Middle Eastern restaurants are partial to the thicker tzatziki sauce that can overpower the meal. The falafel also seemed homemade when it is usually a coin toss between fresh falafel and frozen/premade patties, which was another plus. The atmosphere is also very nice, and I love the Halloween decor.
The only deterrent from my visit somewhat has to do with the service. While the server assigned to me did a great job accommodating me, I was seated in the dining area near the kitchen and heard a cook scream at a waitress loudly while liberally using profanity. Although I am not someone who usually criticizes such actions, I know there was at least one family in the same dining area with young children, and I found the fussing to be quite detrimental to my overall dining experience. Normally it would bump my rating to 3.5 stars, but I will rate it up to 4 given the food and atmosphere made up for it, and given I am not a resident of the area, I am not sure if this were an exception or the rule.

Shelly is the reason I continue to come back! I have my drink and food options on the table before I even sit down. She’s attentive, kind and makes sure she ask everyone’s name when visiting. She makes you feel like your business is personal not just comprehensive and that is why I will be at Arabesque any and every time I’m in the Devine area!!
Shelley is literally the best bartender that I have ever been subject to. The food here is incredible on the service is phenomenal. Shelly is a standup and awesome bartender.

I have ordered from this restaurant on several occasions. Unfortunately, it took an hour past the pick-up time to receive my order. I would have left if it was not for the fact that the order was paid for in advance. When I finally asked to speak with the manager, I was told he was cooking, and then I was told he was not in the restaurant. The bartender has 0 soft skills and should not interact with the public. The level of disregard for a customer standing in front of you - did not even offer a seat, glass of water or sincere apology. I would give my customer service experience at this restaurant a zero if I could. Thank you for showing me to take my business elsewhere.

I liked the sampler platter and bread very much but neither of our meals (pizza and lamb shank) were very good at all. We barely touched it at the restaurant, brought it home thinking we might eat it later, ended up feeding it to the chickens. Likely won't return.
