Best Arby’s in SC! Service was exceptional and the food was on point. Sandwiches were fresh, hot, and built like they should be. Fries were a bit salty but hot/fresh!

I had the roast beef Gyro with a small crinkle fries and a small fruit punch. Everything was delicious. The food was fresh and hot and my sandwhich was loaded with roast beef. The customer service was excellent!

First off, this place is the definition of do not judge a book by its cover. It is old, yes but the inside is clean and the staff is super friendly and inviting. I think it must have been the manager but she was sooo sweet.

We stopped for a quick lunch while on a road trip. I got a premium 9 piece chicken nuggets meal, and was able to substitute mozzarella sticks for the fries. My boyfriend got us a white cheddar mac and cheese for us to share. The service was very nice. Michelle, the manager, took our order, and gave us updates for it. She was apologetic about how the food came out slower than one might expect, due to the fact that there were only three people, including her, working that afternoon. I was very grateful for her kindness and openness, and did not mind the wait at all. The food itself was honestly very bland, but I am not a regular visitor to Arby’s so I wasn’t complaining. The chicken nuggets were rich, and they paired well with the ranch sauce. The mozzarella sticks were pretty bland, even with the marinara sauce. The mac and cheese was alright, it was a little salty and felt like it was missing something. Even though the food was not particularly to my liking, the service was amazing. Michelle thanked us for coming while we walked out of the door. Not many fast food places have staff that will thank you as you walk out of the restaurant, so I was pleasantly surprised by that.

Sandwiches were good but fries were crumbles. Also the soda machine was out but they didn't bother to tell us untill after we ordered.
This location has good service. The fries are good they must change the oil more then the garners ferry location. The service is fast and the people are nice no complaints

I should’ve known when I pulled up it was going to be a problem by the way she immediately said “Yea, hold on.” I asked for the strawberry lemonade drink with light ice and she made up an excuse that she had to put ice in the cup and it had to be made with ice period. I get to the window and she loaded the cup with extra ice filled to the top. I got two sips out of the cup due to it being so much ice. Please bring the lady back that was filling in from Garners Ferry! Her customer service skills were on point and she made the drink exactly like I ordered. The lady with all the earrings in her face should go back to a customer service class because her attitude was horrible and made the drink how she wanted to make it and that’s with extra, extra, extra ice. I won’t be visiting here anymore.

I was hesitant to visit because its on Broad River. But to my pleasant surprise, it was soooo tasty. They made the bestttt wrap I’ve ever had. The chicken, bacon and jalapeño. All i can say is hmmmm, delicious. Fries were fresh. Jalapeño poppers were very good. Now the sweet tea…. Slap ya mama good… The staff was quick and patient. Definitely deserve a pat on the back.. or a raise. Actually, both. Well done
