Rashad was super friendly on our visit after Church. He is a hard worker that should be acknowledged for fast and friendly customer service. Best Arby’s around, as it’s quick and they offer a 10% military and 1st responder discount.

Just seems to have gone downhill. The food usually isn't done right, and you're lucky if you even get the right order. Last two times I've gone through the drivethrough, ive had to come back again because they've given me the wrong sandwich or meal entirely

I went through the drive thru and ordered two orders of 9 steck bites and a deep fried turkey sub. They asked me to park in front and they'll bring it to me with no one at the drive thru. Granted I did not wait but 5 minutes but I got 1 order of steak bites with five while the other only had 7. Then to top it off I got the club sandwich with no bacon and half the sandwich didn't have meat. I did not check the order but my wife was very upset and wanted to go back but I did not have the receipt because it was not given to me. I'm just not going back to that Arby's because something like this has happened multiple times

Usually great, except when they slice the roast beef too thick but this time was great as usual and we also tried the new steak cubes, which was a little high compared to portions (5-something for small and 9-something for a large), got the large which amounted to a small cup of cooked slices that tasted somewhere between a beef jerky and sirloin- I think some will like it 😋, some won’t 🙅♂️ and some will be like us, meh 🫤🤷♂️🤩🙏🫡🇺🇸#REBTD😇
Fries were dry and hard. Apple pastry was ice cold.

I just left Arby's in Garners Ferry Rd in Columbia SC. This short extremely unprofessional girl took our order and proceeded to get some fries for the drive thru. I observed the dread lock unprofessional girl grab the fries cup with her fingers from the fries cup, then grabbed some of the fries with her bare hands and threw it back in the tray. When I told the assistant manager which is the big unprofessional guy, who did the exact same , they all were nasty and unprofessional. This guy condoned her behavior because he's just as nasty. Do not eat there'

I went through the drive thru. Normally they are very polite and considerate. This time, I didn't get a receipt, wasnt told there would be a wait, waited for more than 10 minutes for them to bring the wrong order, then another 3 minutes to find the right one that was still missing the fries. The brisket sandwich had almost no sauce, it was only on 1 bite, the fries were almost cold, but at least they had napkins. Normally its good food and really good service. Let's hope this was a one time thing.

TERRIBLE!! Me and my daughter got there at 12:50 and on the website it says the close at 1:00 I don’t CARE if you guys close at 12 and I got there at 11:58 you guys have a job so do it and we just wanted fries….🤦♀️ but guess what, we didn’t get any! we we’re sitting at the front window for about 30 minutes but nobody was there. Mind you we haven’t had Arby’s in a while maybe it was a sign….Arby’s is now on my hate list.
