TERRIBLE!! Me and my daughter got there at 12:50 and on the website it says the close at 1:00 I don’t CARE if you guys close at 12 and I got there at 11:58 you guys have a job so do it and we just wanted fries….🤦♀️ but guess what, we didn’t get any! we we’re sitting at the front window for about 30 minutes but nobody was there. Mind you we haven’t had Arby’s in a while maybe it was a sign….Arby’s is now on my hate list.

The second time in a row, they get my order wrong. Both have been thru drive thru, oh no wait, it's not really a drive thru if you order at the window, then have to park to get your food. We ordered a double brisket, we got a single, we ordered 2 large curly fries they ended up being mediums, but the biggest crime of them all, we order a Vanilla shake and ended up with a half vanilla, half chocolate shake. Please do better.

Although it was quiet. They had just what I needed. Service was quick and they were helpful in the drive through. Would recommend, food was hot and fresh.
Fries were great! Nice and hot, fish could've been better. I do you think it had anything to do with the person that prepared it but it seems like it's not the same Alaskan fish the company used to serve before. The chicken bacon & Swiss was pretty good as well. It would've been better if the cheese was melted.

Only problem is I can’t figure out why I have to sit and wait 10 minutes for fries to go with my meal but always given COLD fries after waiting said 10 minutes ?!?!?
Just waited 35 minutes for my food. They didn’t even offer me a refund or anything. Never coming to this location again.

If I could give a rating of 0 stars, I would. It took 30 minutes for me to get my food. The fact that a free drink, or even an apology were not offered is inexcusable. I will be deterring as many people as I can from going to this establishment. The staff at this place needs to be re trained or replaced by people with the competence to work a minimum wage job that a teenager could out perform them in.

The seasoned gentleman working the drive thru made this quick travel stop a 5-star meal. ?
My experience at this location is always on point! I get the turkey wrap work extra onions, extra tomatoes, and jalapeños added onto by wrap! Don't forget the extra onions on the side, they never fail me!!!! I would give this location 10 stars if I could! Great quality of food and service ?
