Order a deluxe fish combo meal, sandwich was delicious however is was slopply put together lettuce wasn't on the bun but on the outside, tartar sauce was on the rapper not the bread. Curly fries were cooked in old grease. After repairing sandwich meal was very okay.

I had a terrible experience at this location on March 6, 2025, around 7:25 PM. After placing my order (a large meal with 5 tenders, 5 tenders alone, and a large mint chocolate shake), my order was taken incorrectly, and I received a medium meal instead. I was then asked to pull forward so they could make fresh tenders, which I had no problem with—until I ended up waiting over 45 minutes while multiple other cars got their food and left.
At the 30-minute mark, an employee had the driver behind me honk so I would move, and when a worker finally came out, they asked if I needed something, as if they weren’t even aware I was waiting for my order. Another employee was then sent out, seemingly to check if I was even telling the truth.
When I finally got my food, the only “compensation” was a large fry—something I should have received anyway had they gotten my order right in the first place. On top of that, my chicken wasn’t even warm—it was more on the cold side, which is unacceptable after waiting that long. No apology, no real effort to make things right.
The lack of organization and communication at this location is ridiculous. I want to speak with a manager about this because no customer should have to deal with such poor service.
21 minutes from the time I got in line until I received my food. Cashier did apologize for the wait but the food quality was not there! As you can see in the photo of my cheddar fish sandwich, WHERE'S THE CHEDDAR? I understand being short-handed but your attitude & quality of food should not suffer. The soda machine in the lobby was out of Diet Dr Pepper, at least, & the sauce station had empty sauces as well. Will not be back to this location.

The food and the service was really good. However every time I ever go in this particular Arby's, I have to dodge liquid on the floor near the drink machines. This time I was with an elderly sister and was very concerned for her safety
I went there at 10:18am, the men ask to take my order and I proceeds to tell him my order then I ask him are their chicken filets fresh because I have been getting cold food. And the rude lady came on there saying "we just opened everything is fresh" mmmh ok because it wasn't ! Slack and they hire anything! The bread was black and overcooked and the chicken filet was thin and COLD!! I inserted a picture to photos

Lady behind the counter was very rude. Left this restaurant without ordering. Drove all the way to bastin Virginia to the Arby's there to get food. The people in Bastin were very nice.
