We have lived near this Arby's since 2009. I just wanted to share how wonderful the employees are and their great attitudes. While I did have some issues years ago, the staff now are polite and truly seem to care about the customers. We greatly appreciate them and their service.

All I have to say is I haven't gone to an Arby's for awhile. I triedthe new brisket barbecue sandwiches. Omg yulk!!!!!!!! Taste like old dry Arby's meat. I couldn't even finish it. Disgusting!!!! I'm turned completely off. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Sat in the drive-thru behind a car for 5 minutes. The car finally pulled away, wasn't sure if the car left or pulled up to the window. We pulled up to order, cut the car off to hear, and sat there for 2-3 minutes and nobody ever said anything. We assumed that the other car had just driven off without ordering. As we leave we notice the car that pulled off was at the window. I talked to the speaker at the drive-thru trying to see if anyone was working but nobody answered. You people want $15 an hour, then you should earn it, don't suck at what little job you do have. That drive-thru experience wasn't worth $2 an hour.

The manager needs an attitude adjustment. The manager did not talk politely to his employees (appeared to be yelling). Everyone else was awesome in the service area.

Went to Arby's on 8349 Two Notch Rd restaurant #05643. My visit was approximately 3:00 pm and I ordered a sandwich and curly fries (cold). I should have known better not to dine when there's no line. Just please do better to provide good service and fresh products no matter the time of day.

Trash. If I could give it zero stars I would. This place seems to only have fresh food at certain points of the day, even IF you ask for something to be dropped fresh. I ordered a chicken bacon Swiss meal with crinkle fries and everything was either cold, soggy, drenched in sauce or all of the above. I asked for things to be freshly dropped, was told by the person taking my order that they could do it only to have cold, old fries and chicken that was so old it was not only cold but too tough to bite into. Waste of time and money.
