Got handed my food like they were just ready for me to go! No friendliness or customer satisfaction at all.
Food is cold. And there's so much sauce on the sandwich that I am completely discussed and don't want to take another bite. But unfortunately, I don't waste my money and I have to eat this nasty mess. And there is no mayonnaise on the brisket sandwich. What satisfaction did you get out of giving me old onion rings on my sandwich and cold meat? I don't care if it was 10 minutes to close, 20 minutes to close or five minutes to close, don't ever give me no nasty food again. Watery flavor tasteless brisket. My favorite sandwich was nasty from this location. Messy presentation. I dont play about my food!

The amount of times I go to this location and ask for my food to be cooked fresh and get lip about what I pay for is ridiculous. The chicken was so dried out and the bread part was so dried out and cold. TRASH

They've got the meats!!!! Cooked to perfection! Fresh! Delicious! Yummy sauces! Great food. Good service. The original slow roasted beef is almost perfect. The Sweet Quarter Pound Brisket Sandwich with Cedric's sweet BBQ sauce was amazing. Can't wait to try it with Anthony's Spicy BBQ sauce. Arby's never disappoints.

Wow! The service here...just wow. We went through the drive thru and that's the only time anyone spoke to us. The young lady at the window was rude and didn't even tell us it would be 5-6 minutes until our food came out. She took my card, ran my card and gave me my card back and nothing. When she handed me the bag, nothing. Not one word. We got no receipt, no napkins and no Arby's sauce. PS, the food was not warm. Please do better!

I come here often for lunch. The staff here is always nice great customer service. Breanna is always so accommodating when I ask for fresh HOT fries she makes sure they they are dropped fresh. I love the turkey bacon ranch sandwich, and it is ALWAYS freshly made as well.
