Just finished eating my fill of chicken and shrimp paella for our employee christmas lunch. Absolutely amazing, spot on seasoning, perfectly executed all the way down to the textures of each component. Cannot recommend highly enough. Next stop will be to catch them at Soda City for the spicy!
