We we purchased 2 orders of pretzel bites that were not fresh. Very hard and stale. Awful.

Went by there today with my son. There was an older black lady with most terrible attitude I have seen in a while. She was very rude to a coworker, told her to stay where she was don’t even come towards her, that she didn’t know what she was doing and they didn’t need anymore cash shortages. Then she kept her attitude towards me. She started talking to other employees about me where I could hear. She said she was getting ready to tell me to go on down the road, so I obliged. I told her she needs to go home she is terrible. So we went to the kiosk and they were very nice.

Doesn’t change gloves when handling food and drinks . The same gloves they used half their shift handling the register & money …. Used to grab pretzels ?? Nasty and unsanitary asf . They do that all the time it’s disgusting . Never again

The two ladies working were very rude. I went with my best friend and it was not a busy day, it was a Tuesday. I had to repeat what I wanted three times and my friend had to speak up another time for me. It was simply a cherry coke. I didn’t know where the straws were, and she got Cinnabons which required a fork so she asked if we could get one. They were quite rude and told us with an attitude that they don’t give them to us, we get it ourselves. They also were rude to the poor young girls behind us, because they were trying to give them 1s and said something about their labor. I would understand if they were overwhelmed on a busy day, but it was very slow.

Very upset with the service. There was a long line and when I got to the register I was informed it would be 10 mins before my order was ready.
I decided to wait. 12 minutes later, I was informed that my order was never put into the oven and it would be another 8 minutes. I was offered a free beverage, but that’s not what I wanted. I just wanted my order.

The pretzels were good but the drink I got was disgusting. I wonder if it had gone bad. I took one sip and trashed it.

Everyone working was rude and extremely slow. They were out of the sugar cinnamon pretzels/bites. I had to tell the guy who took my order 3 different times for him to understand what I wanted. There was maybe 2 grains of salt total on my order of pretzel bites. It sucks because this place used to be so good.

Scheduled an interview with me just to not show up. It seems that I dodged a bullet because this place is trash. I wish I could get back my wasted time back.

Do not go here if you want your money taken. I went to order the younger girl was VERY rude. She seemed very impatient with me. I ordered and paid and went on shopping. Well as I was leaving I noticed I got double charged. I went and showed them. I got told “it doesn’t show we double charged you, if it still say it tomorrow come back” I told them I lived over an hour away and I couldn’t. Well they told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve tried calling all the numbers and it just goes to “I’m sorry we’re busy”.

The ladies at the Kiosk are awesome! Great service and the pretzels are often fresh!
