Auntie Anne's

Everyone working was rude and extremely slow. They were out of the sugar cinnamon pretzels/bites. I had to tell the guy who took my order 3 different times for him to understand what I wanted. There was maybe 2 grains of salt total on my order of pretzel bites. It sucks because this place used to be so good.

They are have burnt food now, the place is a mess, the workers are rude and the service is terrible. They used to be so good!

Scheduled an interview with me just to not show up. It seems that I dodged a bullet because this place is trash. I wish I could get back my wasted time back.

Do not go here if you want your money taken. I went to order the younger girl was VERY rude. She seemed very impatient with me. I ordered and paid and went on shopping. Well as I was leaving I noticed I got double charged. I went and showed them. I got told “it doesn’t show we double charged you, if it still say it tomorrow come back” I told them I lived over an hour away and I couldn’t. Well they told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve tried calling all the numbers and it just goes to “I’m sorry we’re busy”.

Don't even waste your time applying here because the so-called hiring manager they have to set up an interview with will never interview with you. I should know because they had me waiting the whole day for the web interview and no one joined the meeting.

The pretzels are to die for...

After spending the day with my daughter I thought it would be a good idea to stop by and grab some pretzels. It was about an hour and a half before closing time and they were pretty busy. While my daughter and I was waiting to place our order, we over heard music coming from a bluetooth speaker that belonged to a staff member. The music that was playing said; f***, b****, and p**** every other word. I asked one of the employees to turn it down because there was kids in line and it just so happened to be the person playing this music. He proceeded it to turn it down but just wasn't enough. Also my daughter and I was unable to eat our pretzels due to how hard they were.

The pretzel nuggets were not nuggets at all but some were almost as a big as a biscuit. For that reason only 4-5 were in each cup of our order. The bottom was hard and they must have forgotten to add the pretzel salt. Such a disappointment to notice once you’re too far away to go back for a refund. They need training at this location for sure.

Purchased mini dogs and pretzel covering was so hard. Not burnt, just hard. Couldn't even bite nor enjoy. Found the closest trash can. Disappointed each of the three times I've gone. Never again. Skip the one by Pandora/Build a bear ( unless you like wasting money) and go to the Kiosk Store near Starbucks and Forever 21.

I love Auntie Anne's EXCEPT when they serve the pre packaged bites that have been sitting over time. By this time a syrupy glaze has formed. Maybe some love the syrup style, I DO NOT. To be honest with you, the bites are NO LONGER Auntie Anne's they become Auntie Scam's. My purchase only produced one that was perfect and it was the one located at the very top of the order. BUYERS BEWARE: Order a freshly prepared cup if you want your money's worth. This was a waste of my hard earned cash.

I really Appreciate the store manager getting to his store on time when it’s a situation and helping me solve it in a very easy way . But I didn’t get the best customer service today . Thank you to the lady at was training and also the young lady in the back making the treats ! But the other young lady who didn’t open the store on time and was very rude and also threatened to beat my a** . I had to call the cops but luckily they didn’t show but mall security did their part correctly . I let it go but she shouldn’t Be in customer service if you don’t know how to speak to customers . That’s not how things work now a days . She also gave me the wrong name and refused to give me the managers name and number . So she made the situation very worst ! Even though ( I think it was handle ) I still had a great at the mall . But customer service is KEY and that situation could have went very badly . If she was having a bad day then call out and pray about it . But watch what you say to people .
