She greeted us with a pleasant smile, and she was very patient with us! Davina was professional and kind. She even made sure my youngings had napkins! It was a totally a 5 ? experience!

Worst experience ever assistant manager might be a little off or something and she is rude and doesn’t know how to prioritize work clearly. Waiting 30 mins for a pretzel is crazy and then being rude on top of that.

Served me pretzel minis with raw dough on one side (cooking too fast I assume) , plus rude and ghetto workers... I'll pass from now on!
