I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger on Steroids with a well done patty on 5/26/24 at 7:58pm via Door Dash for $37.75 total (that doesn’t includes Door Dashes charges). Not only did my burger not have ANY bacon, my burger was very pink in the middle. I left a bad review on Door Dash and I am following up on here and Google. And Yelp too. We always enjoy a great burger here, and they even have gluten free buns! Customer service is fantastic! The wait staff is polite, informative, and give just the right amount of service... and not hovering. Each time we have eaten here, the manager checks in with us to make sure everything is as it should be. Perhaps it was the last time we ate here, I happened to forget an unusual drinking cup. The Service was Great. But the Burger was not what was expected. It was under seasoned and didn’t stand out in flavor at all. For the price at $15, it just wasn’t a burger that was worth that price. The fries and tater totes were not freshly done. The onion rings had raw/powder batter in the center. It’s is edible food but definitely not worth going back.
