Bad Daddys Burger Bar

Our burgers were burnt to a crisp on one side. They were too tough to eat because of that. The service was horrible. They did not offer us refills nor come back to our 4 top more than once. But the worst part was the bathrooms! The staff was standing around as there were only 3 other people there at 1:30ish. But the bathrooms were disgusting. No t.p. In any of the stalls and they were filthy. This was our favorite place. Now I’m not sure we will go back.

First time visiting. Had to wait a bit for the hostess and the server was good. Excellent menu options, quality and portions good for price. Well worth a visit.

I did ordered a fries online by 5:30pm came to pick up my order at 5:50 pm and my order was not ready plus the restaurant was not busy at all, and still have to wait over 10 min on site. This was on 11/25/2025 by 5:50 pm i was wearing a blue hoodie sweeter i went to the back to the bar to pick up, just in case the owner want to confirm i was real. Not happy

2nd time in, starting to think all their food is great. Awesome place, great service, and so far, all the food is great. Would recommend, will be returning

Busy place during peak times. Waited about 15 mins to be seated, ordered and waited 15 more mins for food to come out. There were multiple TV screens to keep me occupied while waiting for the food. Wait staff was attentive and restaurant was clean. Only issue is some of booth seats need reupholstering. Mine had rips in it from wear and tear and made it umcomfortable sliding in and out.

First time guest, it was a very nice establishment and we were seen quickly. Time frame around 5pm on Friday. Our server Daisy was super friendly and great customer service. The burger, ? delicious!!!! Love the create your own with so many different options. The fries cooked well, and the signature sauce was really good! Highly recommend eating here!

Food was around just pure nasty and salty! Wouldn’t recommend that you eat here, food will be served cold!!! They don’t even deserve 1 star

We went today 11:37 sat down, we had a baby, and 4 kids. We were seated quickly, the server was amazing. They got busy so quickly, we waited for about 1h15m to get our food, the truffle fries were cold, we asked about a fresh batch and they got them out super fast. The food was amazing, service was amazing.the FOH manager was super sweet and accommodated the time to get the food on the table. I enjoyed my build my own burger!!

I the hamburger had no taste to the beef. The fries came 2 times or 3 times cold and greasy and burned the. The water they boost and advertise you would think they make sure the food is fantastic since you in the kitchen and you want keep your customers coming back I think the 20 and 30 yr old go for the liquor and the Hugh people go because they just like to eat. You can't tell how the beef is prepared because all they stuff they put on top of the beef. My mother opened 3 restaurants she was cooked. Food tasted fantastic so delicious. But the is not produce naturally like years ago. So when I go to a restaurant and I know I'm not going to cook when I get off work, I look for what I felt like I wanted to eat that day, Stopped at big daddies. It was a big mistake and I will not go back for a long time. I should have gone to Burger King and had it my way. When they cook in these restaurants in South Carolina. The people preparing the food and owner they don't care when you bring cold fench fries to someone table with growed restaurants the food should always be top notch because that's your gold medal the food. And with the money you are paying in these places and tips are add on when you get the ticket and others fees. Sodas are more than 3 dollars a glass. You have some places charging for ice and water. They should be happy people come to spend money at these restaurants
of business and give customers something instead of always taking and raising prices. To show they appreciation, to the
customers. They would not stay in business if it wasn't for their customers. And food not cook properly.

Burger chain sit down full service restaurant. Upscale sports bar vibe. Very good burgers and drinks. Free parking. Caution can be very loud. Some Gluten free options.
