The food was bland, not flavorful in the slightest. Service wasn't bad, but the flavor just wasn't there and the prices were about 30% higher than what the website menu said.

First of all, the ambience of this restaurant is amazing but here is the catch. Service and food is bland. Firstly, restaurant opens at 5 pm not 4:30 pm, you guys should change that.

Had to wait for an hour for our order to arrive. One of the orders, the noodles came out cold. The green Thai curry portion size is small and full of fillers. Upon asking about the delay we were told there was a big order that came at the moment we arrived. Definitely not suspicious. The tofu’s outside in the curry was chewy.

The green curry pho was alright. The food doesn’t taste authentic Thai. This is coming from a guy who adores Thai and explores different Thai food all the time.

We usually love this restaurant but Friday night they were out of most red and white wines.Waitress never came back for refills or new drinks. No club soda and a lot of food choices. With a grocery store next door, none of that made sense. I hope they aren’t closing.

This was our third time here and I must say, the Hot and Sour Seafood soup (Tom Yum) was by far the best I’ve ever had! Adam our server was very attentive, informative and courteous. I would highly recommend this place!

Thank you to Basil Thai for the excellent cashew chicken, excellent service by Adam, and all around good vibes from everyone at this restaurant! I even enjoyed the Kirin Ichiban beer. Very nice place, and very nice people. Thank you to Basil Thai!

Basil is such a wonderful restaurant. Its great for work meetings, dinner, lunch, etc. Staff is wonderful always friendly. The food is always amazing, I eat here very regularly.

Absolutely love Basil Thai in Columbia! My girlfriend and I have been coming here for a long time and we are always satisfied! I love spicy food and they always make accommodations for my needs and my girlfriend’s Gluten allergy. Mary Grace is an incredible server and always remembers what we order! Come to Basil Thai and ask for her!

I have been waiting for months to try Basil Thai and they did not disappoint! I was finally able to go for lunch today and Susan was very polite and hospitable. She explained the dish I wanted to try and it was absolutely delicious l. 10/10 definitely recommend! Will be back in the future.
