The manager/waitress was very polite and checked on us fairly often. She was really on top of things. I had trouble reading the menu, it was dark at our table despite there being lights above us. The food here is pretty expensive for what you get. If you want authentic Thai food, there’s far better options that are less expensive. The food is good but not worth the price.

The food condition is unstable. Ordered the same dish as last time, it looked completely different than last time AND portion was a lot smaller than before. I asked for some extra noodles bc of the portion was smaller than normal, they still charged $6 for a small plate of extra noodles even they knew the reason and also didn’t tell me the price beforehand. $24 for a bowl of pho? No thank you.

I recently celebrated my graduation there, and it was a fantastic choice! The food was delicious, showcasing vibrant Thai flavors, and everything was beautifully presented. The service was exceptional; the staff was friendly and attentive. They even surprised us with complimentary treats, which added a special touch to our lunch. I highly recommend Basil Thai for anyone seeking great food and service!

Amazing service! They were very kind. The hostess was nice and the servers were amazing. I recommend the fried rice.
The best service and thai food I've ever gotten. Traveled from Seattle Wa for my sister graduation. I recommend the Phad Se eu.

We visited Columbia and tried Basil Thai Cuisine for dinner. We have had authentic to decent Thai cuisine while living in Ft. Lauderdale, Atlanta and Tampa. This place does not compare to those experiences. The sauce that came with the egg rolls was too sweet. I had the ginger entree without any protein added, I could not find the ginger (very onion and scallion forward). Hubby had the red curry and said it was okay. Neither one of us finished our meals.

Our first time at Basil. The place is nice and clean. Good ambiance. In spite of the rush and demands from the lunch crowd, Kahlil took such good care of us. He made our day! We had Red Curry with chicken. It was delicious. Also had Pad Kee Mao. It was good too. Most of all, Kahlil made our visit a very positive one. Thank you so much.

I was disappointed. Nothing about the food hinted at Thai. Shades of frozen grocery store fare. Overpriced to boot.

Took my family for a birthday dinner and the place was clean, neat, and attractive. However, it also matters where you get a table is how much you will like the place.
We ordered some appetizers and dinner entrees with some soda and tea. Nothing to complain about, but the taste was not something you would want to go back for, especially considering the price tag. It was very average, and the portion sizes could be improved for some items given the price we paid.
The staff are friendly but busy enough to make customers wait for any additional requests or orders. Do I wish to go back? Probably not. I will give a try to any new Asian/Thai place around. #thaifood

Years ago this place would have gotten 5 stars but over the last couple years I’ve watched this place declined in terms of customer service, and food quality. Had a table of 8 people, manager had an attitude and acted like she wasn’t going to be able to accommodate us with a restaurant that was a 1/4 full.. Ordered over $250 worth of food and one of the dishes came with a disappointing amount of the curry sauce. We asked if they could bring a little more of the sauce and they told us they were gonna charge an extra $6 dollars? For something that should have already came on the dish…. Wild. Literally eat anywhere else.
From all the thai food i é er eat from Thailand to Nyc, hawaii, Tn, MD, VA and Wv this is by far the food where i did not feel like i am eating a thai food. I am not saying all the food are bad but from the seafood I eat ...
