Very disappointed with my experience. I ordered the Dubai Chocolate Milkshake and was charged an upcharge, only to find out after the fact that they didn’t even have all the ingredients to make it. I had to explain why that’s not okay and why it’s false advertising just to get a refund. If you’re going to charge extra, at least let customers know upfront that you can’t make the full item as advertised. Poor communication and customer service, definitely not what I expected from Baskin Robbins.

Came in tried a flavored ice cream didn’t end up getting that icecream I chose is different one . Then get what I was asking for but did not like that ice cream it tasted funny so I at least wanted to change my item and it was even worth what I paid for or just simply a refund. They told me I couldn’t get either. This so so crazy . My first time trying and they are poor ! Don’t recommend this location ever!

I’ve been going to this location several times this year and the experience has been great. I visited the store yesterday and had a wonderful experience. The store smelt like fresh waffle cones when I walked in and the ice cream is unbeatable. The service from the staff and as well as new management was outstanding. The owner is very nice and social to all the customers when I visited during peak busy hours. Thank you for the great service and will continue to keep coming!

HORRIBLE , this establishment has really gone down. This cake was almost $50. We did not choose this design for the cake online either . We asked the woman working there “ what is this and why does it look like that “ she stated “ oh it’s normal it’s just the icing” don’t waste your money here.

We will never visit the Baskin Robbins store (#362274) 9920 Two Notch Rd again. Columbia's only store. The owners have let it go down, service is horrible and product is terrible. Went for a milkshake and got 80% milk. No thickness and minimal strawberries. I wish I could put the picture in for this milky strawberry shake. Miss Poor!!!!
$5.05 for ONE scoop of ice cream and nothing extra is ridiculous. Wasn’t a big scoop either.

Respectfully I love baskin Robbin’s I really do BUT THIS WAS MY WORSE EXPERIENCE THEY TRIED TO KILL ME I ordered a 2 scoops of chocolate chip ice cream with hot fudge and chocolate sprinkles I STATED I’m allergic to NUTS so I asked could they use a different scooper as I’m watching the worker prepare my ice cream she decided to put almonds in my ice cream I then stopped her and said I CANNOT HAVE NUTS IN MY ICE CREAM IM ALLERGIC she then decides to pick it out with a spoon and hand it to me and tell me my price I open it and told her there’s still nuts in there she has to remake the whole thing and she went and grabbed a spoon and picked it out again and I HAD TO RAISE MY VOICE A LITTLE AND TELL HER ONCE AGAIN IM ALLERGIC IT ALREADY MADE CONTACT IT HAD TO BE REMADE she then turns around with an attitude and give me a half scoop not even a full scoop of ice cream and charge me full price even after all the mistakes that was made and not even giving me what I paid for!

Well I haven't been to Baskin and Robin's in a long time. And I noticed South carolina, is the only state that gives small/less portions on all foods in restaurants etc., that charges you overpriced. I'm not disappointed by some of the reviews, and South Carolina needs to do better and stop with the greed. Not right nor fair. This will cause out of towners to not want to visit.
