Stopped in for lunch this afternoon. I sat at the bar. I had the Buffalo Chicken Salad, and it was good. I like the fact that they didn't short change me with the chicken. The service at the bar was exceptional, and the atmosphere was good.

I recently visited Beef ‘O’ Brady’s with my family and had an experience that I hope will prompt serious reflection and training regarding food allergies. My daughter has a severe allergy to pork, and we made this clear multiple times while ordering her burger. Despite our repeated requests, the burger was served with bacon on it.
We immediately informed the server of the mistake, reiterating her allergy. Instead of properly addressing the issue, the server took the plate to the back, removed the bacon with his bare hands, leaving a visible nail imprint in the cheese, and then brought the burger back to our table. This was not only unhygienic but also completely negligent regarding food safety.
We refused the burger and asked to speak with the manager, but even she seemed to lack understanding of how severe this issue was. Cross-contamination for someone with a food allergy can lead to life-threatening consequences. This was not just a case of poor service; it demonstrated a shocking lack of awareness about the seriousness of food allergies.
For the safety of your patrons, I strongly urge Beef ‘O’ Brady’s to implement the following: 1. Staff Training: Ensure all staff are properly trained on food allergies and the dangers of cross-contamination. 2. Allergy Protocols: Develop and enforce a strict protocol for handling allergy-specific orders, including the use of clean utensils and gloves. 3. Accountability: Teach your team to escalate serious issues to management immediately and take customers’ concerns seriously.
This experience was not just disappointing—it was dangerous. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call to improve your practices so that no other family has to experience what we did. If your team needs further training I’d be happy to assist

We usually order Beef's Togo at night, but after a long run this morning I was starving. The Chef salad is just the best out of anywhere, I know they're basic but Beef o Brady's chef is my favorite. Bartender was so nice and cool.

We went for our second time tonight and we had a blast. Don was our server and the drinks he concocted were out of this world. They were so tasty and he didn't disappoint on the suggestions. We will continue to go back and keep requesting Don. He gave a special drink to my husband, who is a 33 year retired Army and Army National Guard veteran. I really love this place if for no other reason showing honor and respect to our military. Thank you Don for a wonderful night and we will be by to see you again! Greta, William, and Chris

Our server, Don, was outstanding! We came in for lunch & a couple beers, but Don explained to us that he had extensive knowledge in mixed drinks & offered to make us some. Just based on what our favorite liquors were, he made the most incredible cocktails! As always, the food & service were excellent, and I can't wait to go back & get more of Don's delicious cocktails!
