Big Bull's Bang'n BBQ and Southern Comfort Food

DO NOT RECOMMEND ACCEPTING DOOR DASH ORDERS TO THIS STORE. The daughter and the mom both are not professional. A customers order had a pick up time of 1:38pm, arrived at the establishment around 1:25pm. The daughter behind the counter stated to sign a paper and she’ll bring it to the car. I followed instructions. 1:55pm the daughter is taking someone else’s order to a car, I stop and asked her for an estimated wait time for the door dash order. She proceeds to say she is busy, she doesn’t give out wait times and her mom is working on the order. I then asked her for more detail because my customer was questioning long wait time, she proceeded to become hostile with an attitude saying she busy and don’t give out wait times AGAIN and then called her mom.
The mom then comes outside and says “we’re asking door dash to un assign you from the order” and walks away. I reached out to dasher support and told them what happened and wrote a statement on the situation. 15 minutes later , the owner (dad) comes out to issue an apology. While he’s trying to issue the apology the mom shouts from the building the police are on their way. I NEVER got out the vehicle, I never went back in the establishment after the first encounter of signing the paperwork, never spoke to her again so her calling the POLICE was just simply her being rude, unprofessional, and bitter. I’m SO GLAD that the entire phone call was recorded because I was on the phone with door dash support the whole time. Wasted time, energy, and money that could have been being made had I never accepted coming to this restaurant for a pickup order. This was their first time I’d ever heard of this place and I promise I will never return and EVERYONE I can come in contact with I will let them know about the treatment a dasher gets when they come here. I’m not going to use the ‘angry black woman’ as an excuse because NEITHER woman had a reason to be angry other than that’s just simply their personality. Maybe it’s because I was a delivery driver they felt I was beneath them, and if I was an actual customer I would have been treated better. I’ll never find out because me or anyone I can tell will never eat here, and that sucks because the dad seemed like he was a okay person and just as confused as I was when the mother started shouting about police being called. (On a pregnant woman inside her vehicle) VERY DISAPPOINTING.

**after reading the mothers response, further proves my point, and so glad door dash acted appropriately and provided me with the necessary tools to ensure this won’t go unnoticed. They do the best for their Platinum Status employees. Not even shocked at her response, it’s nothing less than expected.**

We wouldn’t know because we never received our food. We ordered in person for 2 bbq sandwiches and 2 sides. No one else was there. At twenty minutes I checked in with the front desk, at 30 minutes I asked for a refund.

We stopped in to grab something to take back to the house our son just bought. We were surprised great service at the counter. Brisket was on point good bbq sauce. The baked beans were a little sweet for me but tasty. Mac n cheese great. Chicken was good. Next time we come back down it will be a do again.

The dinner was $52.00 for dry meat and cold sides, the young people are very rude, unprofessional and I had to wait over an hour. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!!!

Literally the best bbq I’ve had in my life. Sweetest lady running this place. Great staff. All around a great place to go, everything house made and fresh out the smoker. Brisket 10/10, Greens 10/10, cornbread omg don’t get me started y’all, ribs 10/10, beans 10/10, mac and cheese 10/10, collards 10/10, banana pudding 10/10, her special tea 10/10. Overall 100000/10. No photos bc we tore that shit up. We’ll be back and will be telling everyone where to go!!

I had doordashed here a couple of times. Everyone I've encountered here has always been extremely kind and helpful. Tonight they had some extra food near closing time and offered me some. The taste and flavor of the food was OUT. OF. THIS. WORLD. The sauce they used on the ribs and the seasoning in the collards were amazing. And I don't even like collards. I will definitely be giving them some business and would recommend them to anyone that enjoys amazing tasting food.

Went for the first time today and all I have to say is “INSANELY AMAZING”!!!!! The ribs were tender, juicy and full of flavor. The loaded fries with pulled pork is crazy big and DELICIOUS ? The owner was friendly and down to earth!!! Definitely the best BBQ I’ve had in the area!!!!!!!
