Don't be fooled by the exterior or your first impressions. The staff and other customers made us feel welcome and right at home. My wife has the cheeseburger box and I had the Herman melt (turkey burger, cheese, caramelized onions, and thousand Island dressing). Neither of us were disappointed. We were both incredibly pleased with our selections. The sandwiches were excellent and served with plenty of hand cut, fresh made french fries. Overall, we would recommend Bigg Redd's to anyone passing through Augusta. The restaurant is right off of the exit on I-20.

The food is great! He doesnāt serve any pork! His burgers are hand made and OMG you will be coming back almost everyday to try something different on his menu! LOVE IT!

Food and service is really great!!!! However, the visual not so good, but who cares right? As long as the food is good and has a A+ I'm upset that it's a Friday and it's closed!!! No note on the door on why it's closed during hours of operation. I've been sitting outside for almost a hour. Looking at other customers come & go, attempt to pull the door open (locked) and then go/leave. It's sad to see but would have been informational/enlightening if there was a sign on the door to indicate the reason why it's closed today 8/22/2025

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted like family. The customer service was outstandingāsome of the friendliest staff Iāve ever encountered. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and love what they do.
Now the foodā¦ let me tell youāitās next level. Everything was fresh, came out fast, and was packed with flavor. I had the hot dog box and the turkey burger, and both were absolutely phenomenal. The turkey burger was juicy and seasoned perfectly, and the fries? Unreal. Crispy, golden, and addicting.
Iām honestly mad Iām just now finding out about this place. Itās a true hidden gem and hands down one of the best food spots Iāve been to in a long time. I literally wanted to turn my car around and go back for seconds.
This place deserves to be featured on Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives. Itās that good. Big Redās isnāt just serving foodātheyāre serving comfort, flavor, and unforgettable hospitality. Iāll definitely be back (and bringing family & friends).

When i first pulled up (around noon) I couldn't tell if the place was open. I say that because if thats your initial experience...do yourself a favor and go check the door. It was opened. Shortly after myself and 4 small kids sat down other customers started coming by the carloads. There is one cook...you would NEVER know that. The food was fast, fresh and AMAZING. It was like someone's grandparents was gracious enough to open their kitchen..their food felt like a hug. This is the first time I've taken my kids anywhere and they 1. Said the food were good 2..kept saying it was good 3. Stuffed themselves. Then my daughter not only stuffed herself of hotdogs, when she saw my burger she had to taste it. For $50 we got 2 chicken nuggets meals, 2 pieces of chicken, 2 burger meals, 5 drinks, and a hotdog box (2 hotdogs and fries). Not only that, the portion sizes...I have enough food left for everyone to eat again. This place is kid friendly, family atmosphere, and conveniently located right off the expressway. We will definitely be back

Love their fries. Turkey burger is always good. Cook to order and service is always friendly. Busy during lunch hour but maybe able to call in order to reduce wait.

My husband was at the gas station next door and decided to give it a try. He brought one home to me and OMG!!! We loved it so much we drove back (21 miles) on Saturday but unfortunately they were closed. We will be back!
