Don't be fooled by the exterior or your first impressions. The staff and other customers made us feel welcome and right at home.
My wife has the cheeseburger box and I had the Herman melt (turkey burger, cheese, caramelized onions, and thousand Island dressing). Neither of us were disappointed. We were both incredibly pleased with our selections. The sandwiches were excellent and served with plenty of hand cut, fresh made french fries.

Food and service is really great!!!! However, the visual not so good, but who cares right? As long as the food is good and has a A+ I'm upset that it's a Friday and it's closed!!! No note on the door on why it's closed during hours of operation. I've been sitting outside for almost a hour. Looking at other customers come & go, attempt to pull the door open (locked) and then go/leave. It's sad to see but would have been informational/enlightening...

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted like family. The customer service was outstanding—some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and love what they do.

Now the food… let me tell you—it’s next level. Everything was fresh, came out fast, and was packed with flavor. I had the hot dog box and the turkey burger, and both were absolutely phenomenal. The turkey burger was juicy and seasoned...
