all the way from murrells inlet SC Billy Gs came to bike week at SSB I wasn't able to try the bbq because by time I got off work I was exhausted so he made it a point to bring me some sauces an seasonings to me an I'm here to tell you they hit the spot tonight y'all need to take the time an check this dude out he's killing the BBQ game
Food was good and little bit of pulled pork on your bun when looking at it Iit seems like a good bit but technically it is just spread on the bun until it is hanging out of the bun too make you think that is worth the money but it is not and you also get a little bag of chips. So if you want some pulled pork on a bun and just a little bit to boot then this is the way to go. It cost me $17 and some change for nothing much. But to each its own. Oh he was a bit a smartalic and bossy...
Out for some produce (Wed) at the old Richland Mall tent market and lucky for me Billy G's food truck was on site with lots of BBQ choices..Got the pulled pork sandwich w/slaw..this sandwich was just delicious..moist, mildy smoked pork with a light pepper, mustard sauce (I think), excellent shredded slaw and enough for me to eat twice..good job Billy G's and son!
