I went here while Out of time for work one of the employees told me that I was sitting in the lobby for too long I was only in the lobby for 30 minutes I purchased a drink and a sandwich and had finished the and sat in the lobby to charge my phone after those 30 mins I was approached by a white employee who told me that the lobby was not to be say in that long I am a African-American male and the employee was very rude and confrontational causing me to leave I personally will never take my business here again and I would suggest the place to anyone in the future!!

You only get one time to make a first impression. Upon arrival, I wanted to dine in. No bet. The door had a sign that said "drive through only." That's a - 1. I proceeded and ordered a pancake platter even though I wanted to try one of those biscuits. I didn't want to hold anyone up so I kept it simple. Ordered a side of cheese grits as well. Now the pancakes where a decent size. They were ok. Nothing special. 7 out of 10 for me. The eggs were scrambled and cooked hard with cheese. No complaints. I was happy they had sausage patties instead of links. It was sufficient. The grits had a lil flavor but I still had to doctor them up a little. Overall it wasn't bad but I feel like if I didn't have to eat it in my car the experience would've been different. I have to try it again because the drive thru menu was full of food I wanted to try. So I'll try it agian.
Went back again, and the inside was open. At first glance I thought to myself, ok. Decent setup. But after I got my sausage egg and cheese biscuit combo, I didn't have many choices to sit at. Not because it wasn't anywhere to sit. The problem was that more than half of the places to sit needed to be attended to. I'm not saying it was filthy, but it needed some cleaning. Finally found a place to eat my combo. I subbed out the side for cheese grits. I had them a day or so before, so I thought everything was going to be the same. Unfortunately, they were not as previously tasted. They were very runny, even with cheese. Tastes burnt as well. I could only speculate as to why they tasted like that but we're runny. My only guess was that is was after 1pm and they were getting ready to close. Overall i guess I expect to much from a franchise biscuit place. Overall I'd say the biscuit was prefect minus it being room temperature. I'd probably try it again. But I will not leave my residence specially to go to biscuitville. Can't wait till whataburger opens?

We noticed online that biscuitville was open at 5am, so we were excited to get some. When we arrived, no one said anything at the intercom. We drove to the window, noticed someone was there and knocked. She just gestured “we open at 6am” without opening the window.
1. I recommend that you all update Apple Maps to reflect the correct time. 2. There needs to be an improvement in customer service. Good customer service would speak face to face with customer at the intercom or the window explaining the situation. Great customer service would compensate for the inconvenience of online saying it was open when it was not.
It was a simple misunderstanding but customer service needs to be improved.

First and last time I’ll go to Biscuitville. Was looking forward to their Chix biscuit and my hubby got the chix and waffles. The chix biscuit was so greasy I’ve had a stomach ache all day and my hubby’s meal the waffles were microwaved and soft not firm and crispy on the outside if they were cooked fresh. The line was short but the wait time was no less than 20 mins for our meal and at the cost of $18 we had a platter, chix biscuit and small DT coke. Outrageous for the food that was given.

This is the slowest “fast food” business I have ever been to. If you have nothing else planned for the day and you’re hungry go to Biscuitville, but if not you will be late to wherever you have to go because of these people.

This is the THIRD TIME my order was WRONG from missing items to something I didn't even order which was far less than what I had payed for like the price of an ultimate and getting a single with untoasted bread. The WORST thing is the lack of professional customer service with bad attitudes like it is your Fault because of their INCOMPETENCE when given Replacements. I had to wait 20 mins for Replacements and 25 mins on the original order and didn't even offer me a small drink for driving the extra miles back nor the Wait for the correction. I don't understand how you expect to KEEP a business with the mindset of 'Take WHAT We Give' to PAYING customers. A good name is Better than Gold.

* This Occasion, My husband arrived 15 mins before closed, and His order was taken. Then he was left sitting there the Whole 15 mins. as he was last in line.(Which we don't mind, will even wait longer for Excellent Service) His order was 2 Ultra sausage biscuits totaling $15.16 after $1.38 tax
Well after being the last served, my husband got home to find, 2 Dry, un toasted English muffins, No eggs, no cheese and nothing else, Here's the Kicker.. Even the Ticket on the Order they gave him Reads "DARK SUV" my husband was in a Alien Green Kia Soul!
I feel that if they took His Money, before 2:00 pm closing, that He, and everyone in that Line whose money they took before 2pm should get Rise and Shine Service until all orders are Complete, or their Money should've been Refused!

I was expecting more of a sit-down type of restaurant. Although there are places inside for you to sit, there doesn't appear to be any Tae service, and your food comes packaged in to-go containers. The taste of the food was fine, but the takeout presentation of the food surprised me.
