They kind of messed up order I order the Pancakes with bacon. First they forgot one of my order good thing I was sitting going thru my part of my order then the guy came running with the rest and apologized. I had my son who is on the spectrum so I didn't thin to check again just wanted to get him home so he could eat and when I got home realized my Pancakes were missing. Other than that everything else was fine.

Horrible service in the drive. Apathetic employees with little interest in providing good customer service or problem-solving. After three visits, with the worst being my last visit, I am done with this Biscuitville location and probably others. I waited patiently in the outside lane as I watched three different vehicles get service in the inside lane before I engaged the team and explain that I had been skipped multiple times. There was no apology offered, just a “yeah, OK” and that was it. Two more vehicles were serviced on the inside lane and I gave up. I fully understand that customer service in America is not what it used to be, but I don’t have to tolerate it. While the food isn’t bad, it isn’t good enough to go through this nonsense every visit. Biscuitville will no longer get my money or waste my time. Never again.

My biscuits was Cold. Second and last time going to this place. Bojangles do it better and Bojangle respect their customers work schedule by not having customers wait long time. They are prepared for early morning rush! Unlike, Biscuitville??

biscuitville??? more like sit-ville or wait-ville! how can you market your establishment as a "fast food" resturant but the drive through wait times are like waiting to be seated in a booth at olive garden on mothers day? makes no sense to wait so long! ridicuous wait times! unacceptable!
I got the steak and egg biscuit and was disappointed not as good as I had hoped for. I'll go back to

First time visiting this place. A little wait on the inside but nice to watch the biscuits being made and the food was great!Not a good look to see a food service worker with their pants sagging extremely low. The cashier was very nice here.

Ordered the grilled chicken club on an English muffin and was completely disappointed. This was my first and last time eating here. Just highly disappointed. The cashier was completely confused on what I was ordering and after explaining it, it was still just a muffin and chicken breast. Highly disappointing meal at a high cost. Not worth the wait.
