The food has been good, however portions are small for the price..
Service has always been pleasant.
Dine in area full of people just using the WiFi and just hanging out.

Ordered a pancake platter and didn’t put syrup in the bag. I was on my way to work then I called back to get a refund the manager hung up in my face. Would never go back after this.

MIKE AND NICKY WERE GREAT! Place is clean. I ordered a catering large order and it was ready on the preagreed time. Great folks to work with and food is awesome. Everyone said they always wanted to try...but just had not. They said they would be going now on! Check this place out...really goodsubstabtimake themselves a cut above what you may think!

I was quite surprised by the total lack of quality in the food at Biscuitville.
The facility is very clean. Of course it had just opened recently.
The menu is impressive. Quite a variety of offerings.
The staff was very courteous and they delivered our order promptly.
I just wish the grits did not appear and taste like "Instant Grits."
The biscuits were extremely dry and hard, with zero flavor. Unfortunately the eggs shared these same qualities, just warm.
The breakfast ham was the thinnest piece of meat I have ever been offered. Maybe that's why it had no taste either.

Waited Friday morning after the storm for an hour to get 2 breakfast sandwiches with hash browns. Cost was over $15 without a drink! Should have gone to Bojangles. Wait & cost was less for more food. They had more options for breakfast which was only difference.

Fast food should never take 32 minutes from time of order to time you receive your food. There was only one car infront of me at the time I ordered.
Not to mention the cost of the food is pretty high.
Waiting 32 minutes for food to receive it most of it being cold is insane to me.

Was a good biscuit , but the chicken ... well... dry. I had asked for some honey to be drizzled on, but they were very busy...
My husband enjoyed his Biscuits & sausage gravy
That is very tasty ?
