We were there right up to closing at 4pm and the staff was smiling and not making us feel rushed. It was my first time but not last #WheresWalko

I will always support this coffee shop just for the message and service they do. The coffee here is delicious and love the filled muffins.

I love the idea behind Bitty and Beaus and the mission behind this coffee shop, but it is severely lacking in outlets to work with computers, having them only readily available at the counter spots and their coffee is subpar after trying it multiple times. When I purchased hot tea I was given just a cup of hot water and a tea packet to put in the tea. This feels unprofessional for a coffee shop to me. To be a good coffee shop the key is to have good coffee and this place does not.

We stopped in and ordered 3 coffees. 2 brown sugar oat milk lattes and one plain coffee. There were only 2 of us because we had someone waiting in the car for us. There was apparently some confusion on the part of the employees, because we paid for the coffees, but didn’t get a receipt, and then they only made the two lattes. When we reminded them there was supposed to be another coffee, the female employee angrily said, “there’s the other one” and pointed to the second latte. They were both agitated and didn’t understand we had wanted a third, plain, coffee. Then the male employee started pacing back and forth. Neither of them understood, so we decided to just cut our losses and leave, since there was no supervisor there who might have been able to explain things and get to the bottom of the problem. Last time we will visit there! The coffee wasn’t that good anyway. Tasted like something brewed for a motel free breakfast, and since my sister’s upset her stomach, we suspect they used regular milk instead of oat milk.
What a place to get coffee and some pastries with an even greater story they tell. I highly recommend a visit!! I put my pin firmly in the state of New Jersey!!!
