BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Our waitress was so amazing! She was kind and patient with my husband as it was his first time ever dining here. Her joyful attitude and infectious enthusiasm made the whole experience top tier! The food came out hot and delicious even with it being so busy we never felt we had to wait too long!

Dinner for our group of five was excellent. We had pizzas, burgers, and fish fries. Service was excellent.

Had a wonderful dinner at BJ's. Our waiter, Gilbert was fantastic! You could tell he enjoys his job and was very attentive. The food was very good and a good value. Would for sure eat there again.

We had a large party of 8. Service was excellent and food was too. All orders were correct. We Will be back.

Our server's attitude was not pleasant. She really act like she didn't want to serve us. After the manager was notified the server attitude changed for the positive.

It was Father's Day busy but we were seated right away Food was very good not our usual place for Father's Day it was noisy but the service was friendly and consistent.

Server was not friendly and the food was awful. Took forever. I ordered the chicken Alfredo and it had NO Alfredo sauce at all. When my daughter talked to the manager she told her that’s the worst thing on the menu. Never cleaned plates off of the table and had to ask for silverware. The bathroom was atrocious! 🤢 Strongly recommend going elsewhere. There were six of us we ALL ordered a different entree nothing was good!

Horrible service,rude and lazy. Completely ruined my first time experience. You eat here you're wasting your money.

The absolute worst service I have ever received at a restaurant.

First, our server Matthew was outstanding. I had the baby back ribs and onion rings. The ribs had that been cooked and held in a warmer for a while taste. The onion rings were doughy and hardly warm. My wife had the Asian chicken salad and was pleased with hers. All in it was an OK experience. I am just not a chain restaurant fan.

Went for Mother's Day. Nice promo with a free wine glass. Waited quite a while for a drink from the bar. Our gluten-free meals were good. we just had to wait a while. It was not our server's fault. She was nice and apologetic. Going out for special events takes patience!

Portions were large. Beer was above average. Service gets knocked down to 3* as they messed up the order and we had to wait on an entree re-fire. More of the kitchen issue than service but there's nowhere to ding the kitchen. We would eat there again.
