Don’t waste your time coming to this location. Waiting for an hour in the parking late for 6 biscuits. Watched multiple cars get there food before me and leave. The sodas was watered down by the time I got my food. Waste of time and money. Then they had the audacity to substitute two orders of French fries with green beans without asking me if that’s what I wanted.

Traveling back to NC we stopped to get some food and the service that was provided was subpar. We did not realize they didn’t have smoke sausage biscuits when ordering with the AI server. It rung us up for a sausage biscuit and we decided to ask at the window, and have the biscuit changed to a sausage, egg, and cheese. Upon asking for the biscuit change, we were told we couldn’t do that. However, the change was then made because they informed us that they didn’t have grilled chicken that we also originally ordered. When we received our food, we noticed that a bo round was given that we did not order. We ordered fries with both biscuits. We asked for the fries that were missing, as well as the bottled water we still had not received at the time. We also requested a honey mustard and strawberry jam. The jam was given to us, but we were told that they didn’t ring us up for the honey mustard, and would not give us any. When a member came back to the window with the missing fries and water bottle, we asked for the honey mustard, he told us we were not rung up for it. We proceeded to ask how much it was and he said it was 43 cents. When we went to give the change he stated that he couldn’t take the money now and couldn’t do anything for us. As you could imagine, I was stunned and upset that a honey mustard would cause so much issues for them to serve. We decided to leave the restaurant and as we left, we saw that the fries they were supposed to be giving us was in fact not fries, but more Bo rounds. Though I don’t visit SC often, I will not be returning to this location again if I am in the state. This seemed to be simple and reasonable request for a customer coming to receive your service.

I couldn't wait to get back to Blythewood to have Bojangles, as we didn't have them in Upstate NY. I walked into the lobby and needed attention. Dirty tables, which was odd because multiple staff were at the front counter pick-up area. Anyway, 4 pcs were lukewarm perhaps the heat lamps weren't working properly I thought? Then my 2nd piece was completely dry on the edges so dry I couldn't chew. After speaking with my relatives I was told I went to the wrong one, obviously the locals know.

Rude drive through service and they act like they don't want to deal with you especially if something is missing or they screwed up something... Go to another location.. not this one save yourself the frustration and headache!!
