I placed an order in the Bojangles app last night for a 20 pc family meal all dark meat. Went to pick it up had to wait on my food even though app said it was ready. Only to find out when I got home I had all white meat in my order. I took the food back to have my order corrected only to be told I would have to wait 25 minutes for 10 more pieces of dark meat. So I asked for a refund only to be told I have to request a refund through the app. Which you are not able to do. And for the manager that was there to be loud talking me about me asking for a refund. This has been one very frustrating experience.

I have never had unprofessional poor service with the drive thru. I came through the drive thru to place my order and the lady kept asking to repeat my order over and over again till I said enough so I came to the window and 2 ladies gave me the dirtiest look and walked away and even the manager was just standing there laughing at me and another lady comes to the window with a drinking straw in her mouth taking my order so unprofessional service she wouldn't even let me finish with my order. I have had some many issues with this location and they have struck out in my book. They will not be seeing me or my friends and family again. Already been reported to the BBB on the unprofessional service. They need to be shut down and be retrained on Good Service just like Chick-fil-A. Chick-fil-A wouldn't put up with this kind of service. Again this location needs to be shut down 👎.

Horrible customer service by the young employees in the drive thru area!! I came to drive thru around 9:30pm, placed my order, and was also told that they were closing so could not make or put in a order of boberry biscuits. Ok, cool. Drove around to the window, the young lady was very nonchalant. Took my payment, and handed me my food. Upon checking order, the fries were cold, undercooked, and greasy. I tried to get someone's attention. Two young ladies walked past the window twice, and both times acknowledged I was at the window, even after blowing my horn. The young lady that took my order finally came back to the window, and I asked for fresh fries. I guess this sparked an outrage because they all seemed to have a conversation about having to drop fries at 9:35pm. Got the fries back and was ok, until i noticed a biscuit was missing. I verified with the girl if one did in fact come with the meal and she was very condescending in her response to try to make me feel little. I then asked for a refund because at this point I am fed up. She shuts the door and I see her and the other young ladies standing there looking at me talking and laughing. I understand that they close at 10, however, there was ample enough time to correct my order without any attitude, but wasn't. I asked if she could place the unwanted food in the trash and she tells me no. There was no trash can in the parking lot, and I did not want to be rude (despite how I was treated) and just throw it on the ground, so I placed it on the window seal. I guess this made them upset, so she begins to mumble words under her breath. The shift manager, who was very pleasant, tries to rectify the situation, and offer fresh food, but I declined. Those employees need to be trained better, and if they don't like their jobs, need to quit because it's giving the company a bad look.

She insisted I had to pay $3 for a cup of water so I went to corporate and got that reversed. Food was burned. Didn’t give us napkins even though we said we’re on the road. Horrible entitlement and horrible customer service.

I love Bojangles, but this has to be the poorest example. 4 times in a row I’ve had issues. It never works the way it should. 2 Mobile carry out 1 car side and today thinking that the issue was mobile I ordered inside. On all 4 occasions I was waiting for my food for well over 20 minutes. The time I ordered car side it took 50 minutes from the time I pulled in until the time I left. Someone’s got to fix this, the morning shift lacks any sort of practical organization. My orders are not complex. On every mobile order occasion I’ve had to tell the counter person my order after I’m there to pick it up. It’s a cluster, They do not use the pick tickets properly or just ignore them. They don’t fill orders based on arrival time it’s basically whoever is in their face at the end of the counter. Please fix this place, management needs training or assistance. Today Ordered at 8:57am got food at 9:19. 22 minutes for a steak biscuit meal and a tea. I’m sorry but get it together.

I stopped here to grab a quick sandwich and was super surprised not only at how fresh and tasty the food was but, the very unusual awesome customer service. As anyone reading this is well aware, the quality of customer service can't go much lower than it is at most locations right now. This location was extremely accommodating and friendly. Speaking to the employees it felt like they actually wanted to be there. I have to give the manager of this location credit for a great staff and I hope you appreciate and take care of those people because they are a rare gift

This bojangles used to be great, but after visiting for the first time this year a couple weeks ago, the customer service has definitely declined. I went one night and the kids behind the register at the drive thru were screwing around, and I let it slide that night because my food was still fresh and I got it in a timely manner. The kids even asked if they were doing okay and I said they were because regardless of what was going on, the food was still good and delivered on time. I decided to go back last week and give them a second chance. Ordered a 10pc wing combo and was told to pull off to the side. To give them credit, the wings were definitely fresh but I would have gone somewhere else if I knew I was going to wait 30 minutes. They came outside and asked my what my order was multiple times as if they hadn't even started on it yet and I watched multiple people who got their after me get their order before me. I think I'll be going to the Bojangles on spears creek next time if I'm really craving it.
