Why are Bojangles employees serving non flavor , cold fried chicken? Biscuits are hard like dog biscuits, SMH!!! My fries were greasy and cold...I should have checked my good, prior... Lazy cooks...Hire better help

I went to Bojangles drive-thru for a meal and was extremely disappointed. Firstly, they don't accept Apple Pay at the window, forcing customers to come inside, which is highly inconvenient. When I asked for honey mustard, I was shocked to be charged an extra 45 cents for it. No other location I've been to does this. To make matters worse, my biscuit was falling apart when I received it. When I went back through the drive-thru to address the issue, I was met with instant attitude from the worker. To top it off, the worker then proceeded to open my next biscuit with unclean hands before passing it to me. The service at this location is consistently trash. Overall, I had a terrible experience and would not recommend Bojangles to anyone.

I went in with my sister and grandfather for a simple sausage, egg, and cheese combo for myself, gravy biscuit combo, and boberry's with Bo rounds and of course the drinks. We went inside to place the orders and were respectful to everyone we came in contact with. After receiving our order, we noticed they forgotten my sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit as well as that one of our drinks (the lemonade) weren't well mixed and went inside to let them know and have the simple issue corrected. The lady working was rude when speaking and repeatedly accused my sister and I of eating the biscuit and trying to get another one. I don't think anyone can drive and eat THAT fast when we JUST got into the truck. I don't like nor appreciate her rudeness to me or my sister knowing how respectful and honest we were to them. I don't think I'll be returning for a while. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else

They have a really good chicken biscuit that I highly recommend. It was delicious and juicy and very tasty. The employees were very nice and friendly. And the service was excellent. The prices are very reasonable for this time of age because when all the fast food employees wanted higher pay which means that prices had to go up so it doesn't bother me to see higher prices so don't give them a bad review because of the prices. Bojangles I love you

There was no Pepsi at all. Both restrooms didn't have toilet paper and were disgusting. Everything needs serious cleaning: floors, tables, high chair, etc. Service was surprisingly great though, the lady was very nice.

Chicken is always nice! But nothing can beat Bojangles! Chicken is always crispy and never slimy like other chicken places, my mother used to work at one and it was a lovely experience when she did! But nothing can beat Bojangles chicken and sweet tea!
