Had me wait 30+ minutes for an order only for it to be wrong. There was a guy in front of me that had been waiting even longer that they just completely forgot about. The time before I was given an inedible over overcooked sandwich that I threw away after one bite. Now the lines are always abysmally long. Not sure what happened recently for such a sudden dip in quality.

Chicken is good. If you go to a spot where the chicken is not good then assume. You ain’t where you at. The customer service still lacking but it’s iight the chicken is too expensive but it’s quality. Im not here for the thighs.

The breakfast bowl they have here is something I haven't seen in other Bojangles in other parts of the state. It's awesome! Borounds, sausage, eggs, cheese, and gravy! Yum! It's one of my favorites now!

I arrived around 8:45 p.m. Eastern Time. Upon order Food was not completely warm/hot. Fries tasted like they were from 2 hours ago of being cooked. As well as the chicken tenders / Supremes. Very expensive for a" not so hot" meal temperature speaking.

The manager Ms. Arlene is amazing!!! Her team was giving her a difficult time during our visit but she made sure to take care of us even after a really long wait.

Always fresh- appreciate that they always have condiments well stocked. Everyone is usually very friendly, and that's a good thing! There's always someone cleaning as well. Obviously good management.
Hey, Bojangles, I’m going to be very upfront… I have about had it with the robot drive-thru thingy!!!! I’m tired of it. Give us back the lady who can actually modify meal requests and who calls me “baby” 4-5 mornings a week, making me feel like we are family. We all miss her! We want her back!!! Half the reason I came here was because, of course, the breakfast is always slammin’, but also because of the customer service. She was so awesome to order with. I’m over being offered a d*** cookie at 5:30 in the morning. It’s getting tougher and tougher to say no.
Just give the people what they want. And that is an actual person. Not a robot who can’t even eat breakfast. Jeeeesus.
