I came here a few minutes ago to get some good I gave the black girl at the window my order she never asked what size drink I wanted and charged me 2.99 for a Large drink and I told her think you she said “ um hum” with a nasty attitude. I hope somebody treat her the same way x10 you don’t treat people any kind of a way because you don’t want to work or feel like taking orders. Treat people the way you want to be treated. I will not ever come back here again!

This is probably the BEST Bojangles I have been to. Friendly service, food was prepared well and they have a breakfast platter that has grits. Get extra butter and ask for extra cheese on the grits!

This Bojangles has been pretty good the past few years. The management has been great. However, in the past year I feel like it’s starting to become bad service. Today, I ordered a Grilled Chicken sandwich that was undercooked. I also ordered a regular mashed potato and gravy. I went through the drive thru and I was pulled up and waited for about 20 minutes. I got all the way home and the sandwich had ingredients that were not supposed to be on there (lettuce, tomato). I drove all the way back and got a new sandwhich. I do not think I was given a fresh mash potato and gravy because it was most likely the same one from before. I was not given a refund/comp or any free food for the poor service. Also, another smaller issue that is not as important is delivery. I have been delivering with Uber Eats from this Bojangles for a few years and it has been nothing but great. The food was ready as soon as I got there. Now, I am waiting close to 10 minutes when I get there. I always have to tell the customer that their food isn’t ready and that I will be on the way soon. The older (I think) manager that usually wears a purple shirt and is great. When I see her there I always know my food is going to come out fast. However, there is a manager and he usually wears a black shirt and works in afternoon that is causing most of the issues. I wish I didn’t have to write this review considering how great this Bojangles has been. I’m glad I’m moving soon.

Most bojangled i stop at these days are slow, dirty and have staffs that appear to not care. However, I stop by this one every ti.e I am over at the stadium. I don't know their name but the manager there mist days I go does an excellent job and her staff are much better than most. The food is normally fresh when I stop. The staff is very friendly and the place is normally clean and well cared for.
