Passed three times I've been my order was incorrect. This specific establishment is horrible and I only go as a last resort. They try to be sneaky and make substitutions for the pieces they don't have and don't inform you of the change. The new AI in drive thru can't get it right either. I did go today around 5 and once again it was limited choices of chicken. It's dinner time! A restaurant that is popular for their chicken should never run out of it.

The people were nice but took really long even though there was 5 of them and the atmosphere was like any bojangles my son got tenders and I got a chicken biscuit, it was about 10:30AM i started eating my food and its texture was weird so I grabbed the chicken IT WAS SO UNDERCOOKED I COULD PEAL THE BREADING OF JUST TO FIND FAT UNDERCOOKED CHICKEN. Very disappointed.

Yall spent all that money to upgrade the drive thru for us to talk to a machine only to have SUBPAR BEHAVIOR and STILL NEVER HAVE NO CHICKEN READY....This place SUCKS! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS THE FOOD SUCKS..Maybe the morning shift of people are better organized and have better attitudes but the folk thats in there right now at 6:21pm on 11/13/25 are horrible. From the manager on down to the crap employees.
Service could be better and faster if they had chicken ready at peak times...also PLEASE STOP CUTTING THE BREAST IN HALF AND CHARGING FOR THE WHOLE PIECE... you don't pay for a half of piece of chicken why should we?

Update! 6yrs later and they still ain’t hitting on ish!! Ain’t no way yall would eat this so why serve it!! Just bulldoze the whole lot and put an another Popeyes in its place. Their lines are long because their food is FRESH and GOOD!! Smh Oh yea they forgot my biscuits(AGAIN) and the tea!

Literally the worst. After waiting for 30 mins for a CHICKEN SANDWICH I went in and they proceeded to tell me they just started working on it..... Keep in mind nobody was in the line and it looked like 3 people were inside and already had food. Also they are soooo rude. Seriously just fire all of them and start over.

Sitting in drive thru for about 20 minutes now store dirty and food cooked in old grease by admission worker came in from outside didn't wash his hands and just started putting chicken out. Never again
