Since it was no line, I decided to stop for a biscuit. They were hard, cold, and of course crispy. The glaze didn't melt and it was sloppy and minimum at best. Overall this was a waste of my money and time. I sent a message to customer service and got no reply. This was not the first or second time so I decided to post.

Very good value for the price, the chicken was tender and the dirty rice was a nice side. Quick service a plenty of chicken options. Ideal for a quick meal. The place was full so it’s also very popular. This bowl is a decent size portion so more than enough for a fulfilling lunch.

worse bojangles ever! They got crackheads in there making the food why am i waiting 2 hours for some bojangles? Its called fast food for a reason & it's nothing fast about this restaurant at all. They dont even answer the phone & Customer service is trash! New management is needed at that place ASAP!

Straight hot garbage. Moved to the Garners Ferry area 3 years ago. And every year since, this bojangles gets worse. From the staff, to the wait time, to the quality of the food itself.
I’ve been to this location over the course of 3 years totaling at a minimum 15 times, literally. I’m willing to go through my debit card records to prove it’s definitely triple that.
I normally get something so simple, how do you mess it up? Egg and cheese biscuit with bo rounds. That’s it. That’s all I get. And it’s never right. Something is either always missing, undercooked, or just straight not edible. I went last weekend to get my wife a chicken biscuit, it wasn’t even fully cooked through. Luckily she noticed on the first bite. She couldn’t even eat the bo rounds because they looked like they were more bo mashed hash browns cooked in dirty oil.
I normally go to a place several times at varying times of the day and days of the week before I give a review. You never know what could be going on. Maybe short staffed, food delivery didn’t come in, or just simply human burnout. Hey everyone is entitled to a bad day, right? But 3 YEARS of decline is not acceptable.
Do yourself a favor and go to the location just down the road in front of Whole Foods. Recently remodeled and has a double drive thru.

If I could initiate this post with zero stars, I would. This post is on behalf of my wife who stopped in on her way to work while chatting with me on the phone. She stopped, first, at the drive-thru, but after a few minutes of being ignored she chose to go inside since she didn't have time to go anywhere else. Inside she found a young lady "prancing around" with a tiara and a sash on celebrating her birthday. The young lady unpleasantly took her order, a sausage biscuit combo, and gave her a cup after she paid. When my wife stated that there were no lids available the employees began to gripe at her as if it were her fault! When she finally got her food she went out to the truck and in a moment of inspiration decided to check her food and found that she'd been given a chicken biscuit. I'm sorry, but whoever the owner of this franchise is, you've taken a completely lackadaisical approach to running this business, you lack pride in the business you've chosen to run, and it shows. If you don't do something, and soon, the clock's running on your having to shutter your doors.

My friend and I ordered a 2 piece with 2 sides. It was not worth it! The chicken was so little and dried up. We spent 10 dollars a piece and it was a waste of time and money. If you want bo berry biscuits you have to specifically tell them you want them fresh or else they're hard and dried. Don't waste your day going here. Go elsewhere for your money's worth.

This is the nastiest bojangles I’ve ever been to, the staff is rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend eating here, I’d probably go to the gas station behind it before I’d Stop here ever again.

Just came inside at 8:30pm. One person was making an order at the front. She came over to the register after a few minutes as if to take my order but said “give me a second.” She never came back. Plenty people in the back but no one came to the counter. Someone eventually said “we’ll be with you” from the back but never came. I waited for 10 minutes with an empty lobby and no one cared to take my order. This is after they seemed to close early the day before as no one came to the drive thru and cars were driving off around 9pm. So I’m going to make the adjustment and spend my money elsewhere.

Not very friendly or nice manager and very rude, was picking up a delivery order for Uber eats and the manager told the employee to stop helping me and take care of drive thru then had to come back in and get the missed items in the order , not every good management if she going to be outside talking to people and smoking instead of helping her employees out
