Ordered a ham/egg/cheese biscuit at the drive thru.it didn’t have cheese on it so I politely told the young lady.she told her manager Jackie(short hair,nasty attitude)instead of fixing me another biscuit Jackies brings a piece of cheese,hands it to me and argues with me like it was my fault.To be a manager she has POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE,LACK OF MANNERS and LACK OF SPEECH SKILLS.

The manger that work in the morning with the short cut has a bad attitude and will argue you down about your food being made wrong. I feel sorry for the employees I know she talk to them crazy. I come there just about every morning, she always seem to be mad.

Ordered drive thru tonight. I had the three piece with a extra side of macaroni, and dirty rice. Everything was delicious, the seasoned fries were hot, and the chicken was fresh!The customer service at the drive thru was quick, and professional.
So far, loving having found a good spot for Wings! Originally from Buffalo, NY. so standards are high! ?... Definitely top 3 in the region!

I went there several times and each time it was same experience, the food was not fresh, tenders cooked extremely hard and staff took a long time and unprofessional unlike the hood staff and good food on the bojangles that’s on jackson Blvd with good manager good thing about the garners ferry location is I got my food and ? food and the restaurant was pretty clean
