Food was extremely hot! Fresh! U could tell for sure it was just fixed. Not been sitting under warming lights. Employees were friendly . Bojangles is my absolute favorite. This location is always consistent and good. Go once a week.

This bojanles suck just waiting 20 min for fresh chicken that was not fresh they gave me a 8 piece when I was supposed to have a 12 piece yall need too hire competent people who can do there job correctly yall take people money but food and service suck do better be better!!!!!

Food was delicious however there were no other people inside dining and it was hard to find a clean table. Tables and floors were filthy. Plenty of staff that could have at least wiped tables off!

My experience at this location was very unsatisfied especially with the employees there they were very rude and nasty they were very slow in preparing orders also the food case was empty food wasnt fresh I wasn't able to place my order over them being rude because I stood there waiting for about 10-15 mins and employees just kepted walking right on by me without even knowledging my presence so if you in that area of harbinson please don't stop there they were so unorganized please the inside wasn't well either I would give them 0 stars if could seriously

Went into pick up a mobile order no line in drive through or inside and my mobile order wasn’t even started I asked the cashier lady for my order, she asked helped from a guy that was manning the drive thru in a purple shirt he told her “hell nah” most unprofessional and unproductive crew I’ve seen, and they all kept swearing with every other word won’t be eating here ever

I have been trying to get this store on the phone last couple days to discuss the food and the fact that my credit card got charged twice, once for my order and obviously someone else 3 minutes behind me. I have had so many bad experiences with various Bojangles and out of all of them, this is the best store but this latest experience is not good at all. Answer your phone Sir's/Ma'am's
