Dirty, took entirely too long ,service was terrible, food was missing stuff. I usually go though drive but just for sweet tea, that's always been fine. Definitely needs some good management before I'll go back.

if you are going to be rude taking my order the very least you can do is get my order correct. this is why she works fast food and hasnt amounted to much else in her life. i am so sorry that me getting breakfast was such an inconvenience to her. i will not make this mistake again.

Came to the drive thru after the girl gave me my kids meals. She looked at me crazy asking me what I’m waiting for. Obviously the rest of my food just to tell me after I paid that it’ll be 6 minutes on chicken. They aren’t considerate her at all how you felt I had time to wait. You should’ve told me this before I even ordered. They need a whole new crew here.
My husband went inside and ordered a supreme kids meal and 3 piece chicken tender and he stood there and waited 21 mins inside before walking out be he was t gonna wait any longer. Everyone in restaurant waiting was complaining and talking about how ridiculous their experience was.
Whoever owns this needs to visit this location ..I’ve seen slow, but this was insane
The cashier was busy with a group of her friends. After she took their orders, she abandoned the register to fill each of their orders personally, even though there was staff available to do that. It took me over 20 minutes to get my order taken. The staff was not friendly and other customers behind me left without ordering. This is a great way to run a business if you want to go out of business.

Do not go to this Bojangles if you are in a hurry. I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 combos. I was told to pull around to the front and waited 20 more minutes before I had to walk inside and ask for my money back. THAT took another 25 minutes and I was livid to the point where I had to demand my money back loudly! The manager did not care and had a nasty attitude. The poor high school kids who work there are being led by morons, so of course there is going to be chaos. PLEASE, if you own this franchise you need to pay it a visit. I guarantee you will fire your management staff after seeing how people are treated, the wait times, and the constant fumbling of orders. I prefer to drive across town to the next Bojangles because I REFUSE TO GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

Asked to park at curbside after going through the drive thru and apparently they gave my order out to someone else and then I go inside after waiting 20 minutes at curbside. Still waiting inside for my order to be remade. Unacceptable!!! On top of the employees not even acknowledging the fact I was there. 30 mins, that's how long it took for me to get my order.
Never seen a staff so dedicated to not giving a crap about their customers. I keep hoping for a better experience after taking months in-between visits but it never happens. Wait times are horrible, food is always wrong. I give up.

My fiancé and daughter was just at this bojangles and he took the food back to the counter because it was uncooked and ask for the manager and told the manager how the food wasn’t cooked and her response was “what you want me to do about it” I was appalled at the lack of character and customer service that was displayed today . No one apologized for the inconvenience especially when uncooked food causes sickness and sickness from a restaurant can cause lawsuits.
