Drive thru service was terrible! Ask me to pull to the side for three minutes but I sat there for 10 minutes. Went inside and ask if she had forgotten me and she said n that she had other drive thu customers. She still left me standing there and served others before me. I'll not use this Bojangles again!

Didn’t give me my sauce and then didn’t listen to me when I went back in to get it, instead tried to convince me that they actually did put it in the bag. Ended up just getting refunded for the entire order because I guess that’s easier than just giving me the sauce I paid for. They weren’t friendly either.

She told us to pull up ..so the bo berry could cook we got the supreme combo it was so hard you could break your teeth and the thing is she did not apologize..on Harbison and the the date was April 8 and the man that bring the food out was so nice..and seen when I came back..CHECK THE Manager.

It is Super Bowl Sunday!04/07/2024Picked up an 8 piece meal for USC WBB championship game in the drive thru. Received 2 breasts, 2 thighs, 2 wings, 1 Cornish hen wing, 1 drummets Cornish hen wing. Paid $27.99+ tax! Don’t go to drive thru. Instead, order meals inside to check what you pay for! I’ve given this location many chances. I will drive the extra distance to receive better service! This location deserves to close for business since it doesn’t deliver good service!
After work, I did not feel like cooking.So I went to my local Bojangles on Harbison Boulevard!Between the manager, Shamia, the Cam, the drive-through attendant, and Miss Bobbie, I was well taken care of!They were professional, courteous, and helpful!My food tasted great, and it was cooked to perfection!I will definitely revisit this Bojangles on Harbison Boulevard the next time I want some good food for the family!5 stars for sure!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Parking: Handicapped parking and 2 rows of parking. Plenty of space!Kid-friendliness: The dining room was clean and plenty of seats available for dine-in!Wheelchair accessibility: I noticed double doors, open ended tables, and handicap parking. There is accessibility for wheelchair bound customers!

This bojangles has the food hot and not ready all the time. It's good but you will be waiting. Expect it to be a 15-30 min trip. The customer service is always a good experience and the facility is always clean. I gave it four stars because of the wait.

This is a shout out to the morning crew on March 28, 2024. We came through the drive-through to be greeted by the sweetest lady. We were asked to pull forward to wait for our food and within minutes another sweetest lady came and brought us our food. I was told I was beautiful and to drive safe. They both had to have agreed that their mission was to spread kindness and joy to others because it’s these little things that change the outcomes of our day. I don’t know either of their names, but I do know the world is better because they are in it. Thank you for spreading kindness to people in the simplest way! You two, and your crew are all very appreciated!!!

Went in today and did a mobile order and had to wait for my food. Even though it was prepared, I didn’t get asked what I was waiting for until the person had already took care of two other separate groups that came in after we came in we got there at 10:09 when our food was supposed to be ready and didn’t leave until 10:30, on top of all of that, I’ve gotten home and started eating my food to find a hair in my food. When I went back to get it replaced that’s when they started acting like they actually cared when in reality could tell it was an act because they knew I was upset.

I became violently I'll after eating a 3 wing dinner with fries and green beans. I believe I have food poisoning. I usually love Bojangles but I don't think I can ever eat here again.

I'm pretty upset about the service. It's getting ridiculous. 35min wait for 3 biscuts and 1 medium bo-round. If i had not already paid i would have left.the worst part is the manager kept yelling to drop more bo-rounds, but the cook was busy flirting with the drive through operator who was doing her best to ignore him. On top of that, when they finally got the bo-rounds done, they took my biscuts that were already on the counter waiting and gave them to a drive-through customer. (When i arrived and ordered, there were no drive-through customers in line.) The inside area was also a mess, water all over the floor, the drink machine was leaking and noone was mopping it up. Grease and mixed with the water, and it was a dangerous slip and slide all around. Food is always good, I usually only get breakfast there, though.

waited 30 minutes got home biscuits were burnt and food ice cold even though I was told I was waiting on fresh chicken after I got home and my food was messed up I called up there and the night manger precious was rude and threaten to call the cops on someone talking in my background to me instead of handling the situation presented to her. All we had was 3 chicken bowls 30 min and horrible customer service!!!
