I wasnt so sure about the robot being on the speaking but every time i ordered my meal my food has never been wrong. i still check my meal before i pull off because sometimes the people making the food dont put in the correct order. last couple months this location has truly changed, i can say the staff is super sweet and very friendly. I have tried their new peach cobbler and it was ok, just a dry biscuit with peach topping. it was suppose to come with ice cream but mines did not. The chicken is always hot and fresh, my usually wait time is 5-10mins if that they work very hard.

Took almost an hour to get an 8 piece family meal and I had to go thru the drive through again to remind them I was waiting, all that was said was sorry. Completely unsatisfied customer

My husband and I were in town for his father's passing. We were basically there on business to collect his dad's belongings as well as his cremation right before. We decided stopped in and went inside for our lunch as we had a trailer attached to our vehicle. We were met with the most rude woman at the counter, as it was hard understanding her accent but we truly didnt understand her and were apologetic. We left columbia sc as fast as we could after this incounter, feeling we weren't welcome and already going through an emotional time/trip.
You never know what someone is going through. Regardless of what type of job you have with the public, kindess speaks volumes. I hope the staff learns from this.
