Your AM Chelsea needs Customer service training! On Saturday, 02/22 @12:40pm, in the midst of moving to Charleston, SC my family and I stopped in for a quick bite before hitting the road. My aunt ordered a 20 piece and was told it would take about 15 minutes. Let’s fast forward to 1pm with no chicken. My aunt goes to inquire about our order to be met by Chelsea the rude inconsiderate Assistant Manager that explains with a surly tone it will be another 15 minutes because they have to take care of the drive thru. Let's fast forward again to 1:15 again with no chicken. I go to the counter to again to be met by the same rude manager stating the chicken should be up shortly and the cashier initially telling us it would be 15 minutes was incorrect because she didn’t know. I express my concern because at this point my family has been waiting 45 minutes for chicken because it’s now 1:25pm with no chicken. I asked the manager can you at least give us a couple of drinks for the wait, “water” was her response! No customer service, no consideration, no empathy, no nothing! We finally got our chicken around 1:30pm. Simply crazy business!

I placed an online order on 11/21/2024. Got to the store to pick it up and was told that they had no bites. I asked it there was anything that I could substitute and was told no again. I then asked could they refund the bites and fix the rest of the order and was told no and that I would have to request a refund for the full order online. I have never seen a store that is willing to push money out of the store! Will not be returning. The customer service was appalling and they need to fire the older lady that works the front counter. Very cold and confess demeanor

This is a pretty good Bojangles. Sometimes the tenders are a little undercooked, but the cajun filet biscuits and seasoned fries are always great. I usually go on my lunch break, and sometimes I wish the staff members were in a little more of a hurry. Nevertheless, the employees are always very nice and helpful. The last time I went inside the drink station was pretty nasty as well, but I mainly use the drive-thru so its not a big deal. Would recommend.

I ordered through the app and had everything go wrong. I ordered the 8 piece dinner with white meat for carry out. The app let me know if was ready. No one brought my food. I called and they advised me to come inside because they didn't see my order. I showed them my order, which was when they printed a new ticket for it to be made. So I had to wait for more wings to cook. This is 20 minutes after the app said my order was completed. My order was obviously lost or given to someone else, but no apology or explanation was offered. One employee even told me I was being difficult when I said I would take whatever was already cooked since I had been waiting for over an hour. She was actually quite mean despite the rest of the staff just trying to get things done. This was probably the most abysmal experience I've ever had in any fast food situation. I placed my order at 1:13pm and left with the wrong order at 2:34pm. I understand being over worked and under paid, but just explaining the situation would have been nice.
I’ll stop there in the mornings before going to work and every time it’s a Caucasian lady working in the window. My fries are always cold. It’s not good. Either Food cold solos are flat
