I just visited the newly rebuilt Bojangles on Cross Hill Rd. I was in line for 18 minutes. When I finally got to the window, the cashier did not know which order was mine. They were out of Cheerwine. While I was waiting on my food, I observed that there were very few workers and the ones there were in no hurry. I have NEVER been to a Bojangles that was this incompetent. I will not be going back to this location. Our area deserves better!

Just waited in line for 40+ min after having my order taken by an AI Robot, actually insane to me. Then once we get up to the window we are told they only have wings? At 8:30-9pm because again it took so long to even move in the line, When they close At 11pm? It’s sad to think that this AI Robot was installed to take our orders to make things more efficient when at the end of the day it’s making the workers not want to do their jobs. It’s Bo Jangles there’s no way they don’t have anything other than wings. Just sad, probably will never eat here again due to the AI usage as well.

Went thru the drive thru and did not get my full order. Had to go inside to pick of the rest of my food. After eating my coleslaw I noticed it had expired 5 days ago. If Ai is completing the orders why can’t the staff correctly fulfill the order and give quality food. Unbelievable.

I’m not really sure how a chicken restaurant can stay open if they don’t have any chicken to serve. We placed an online order through the app, and received notification that the food is ready for pick up upon arrival. We were informed that the store has no chicken. We were not offered any sort of help, refund or alternative options for our food if I could rate this place zero stars I would.

There were a few people in the drive thru but service was pretty fast. Food was delicious, hot and fresh. The girl handling the drive thru was polite and friendly. Overall happy with stopping at this location

Well, I guess I should've checked the reviews first. But I figured, it has been revamped maybe it's new with better, fresh food. Boy was I wrong. I ordered the 3 wing meal with Mac and cheese and fries and a sweet tea through drive thru. Get home and food is cold. The chicken doesn't look fresh and the Mac and cheese has zero taste. I go to drink my tea and get a mouth full of coffee or tea grounds. I was beyond disgusted. Paying over $13 for my meal that was not good, also left a very tastes in my mouth, besides the coffee/tea grounds. I was handed my box with fries and a piece of wing sticking out, not in a bag, no napkins, no utensils.. I'm sorry, people work to hard, to have to pay this much for trash food and a trash experience. I've wasted money, still hungry and pissed. They should've left the building how it was, if they weren't gonna fix anything inside that really matters.

First time I eat in this place and I can say that the biscuits are extremely delicious freshly made and the chicken is super juicy and hot, it's a shame that the state where I live doesn't have one., 100% recommended

It takes your drive thru operator in the AM mornings 5 minutes to come to the next car. Why have two windows and operate only one. WORST SERVICE EVER.. every morning the same thing.. a long wait with drive thru

Great you have an upgrade but the service still sucks. Waited 10 minutes before someone took my order in drive through. It was like this before but I figured it would be better when they reopened.
