Incompetent AND rude. Like dang pick one or the other. Black girl with dreads in the drive through was so rude to me and then they still left two of my six biscuits out of my bag. Then their phone is turned off so you can’t even call to get the order fixed.

Placed a mobile order for pickup. They did have the order ready, but I am missing an item. I'm always dissapointed when a store cant complete an order and since I drove away home, I'm just out $ and an item. :( I called but they didnt answer, so I filled out an online contact us complaint. Hopefully I get my $ back. Other than that, the food that I did get is tasty, wouls come again but wouldn't use the drive through and lose an item again :[

This is the worst bojangles I've ever been to. I live in Elgin and I believe this bojangles should adopt an AI drive thru just as the Elgin location did. The employees are very rude, rushing and have absolutely no customer service skills. They never have the food you actually visited the store for and then rush you to choose something else to get out of their line.

Forgot to put my coleslaw in the box. Had to travel back to the restaurant just to get the coleslaw.
Had to travel to this Bojangles after the Bojangles on Farrow Road computer system shutdown. ( Previous comment). On 12/14/ 24, I was told they did not have anymore Cole Slaw and only had dark meat. When I arrived at my Christmas Party and the person taking the food opened the box - the Chicken pieces were so small. When I got home from the party and toke out the side dishes, the plastic covering the Mac and Cheese was broken into pieces. Last but not least, the 1/2 Gallon Tea or Gallon of Tea was given to me in two large cups. I asked for Jelly and hot sauce, after one worker paused and said " What else do you need."

My wife works the hospital across the street i come here to order the food before she gets there. They are friendly and the restroom are very clean
I was dissatisfied with the customer service I received while ordering food due to errors and unprofessional conduct. The representative incorrectly added an item to my order and became defensive and loud when I notified her. My attempts to address the issue were met with continued rudeness. I requested to speak with Manager Tevin, highlighting the unacceptable nature of the treatment. However, he failed to adequately address the employee's actions, who openly displayed disdain behind him during our conversation.
