The restaurant was dirty. The trash cans were overflowing and the service was slow. One of the nozzles on the fountain drink machine was broken and one did not have syrup in it so it was carbonated water. The food was just ok. I don't know if I want to come back to this one.Edit for 4/4/24. "Drive through machine is broken." Whatever that means. I was in the drive through for 3-4 minutes before they told me this. I can't justify coming back to this one.

I work in the business park down the street, so I frequently go there, like three times a week. They are getting to be very slack. They don't have cups or lids that fit . they ran out of chiken twice. How? They run out of the sides. I asked for seasoned fries and I get plain fries. The staff manager included customer service sucks! Please do better.Respectfully,

So if you get more then one item expect a 20 minute wait. Third time i’ve had to wait 20 minutes to get food here. But also don’t expect the order to be correct make sure you double check everything is in there; just made that mistake myself right after a 20 minute…wait… If you get there first thing in the morning and you go inside check the date of the tea. I seen it one day from the prior day’s tea (little stickers on their containers). Fries in the morning taste reheated. Tea isn’t always fresh. Poor service, poor quality, and poor work ethic all day around. No one keeps up with supplies until it runs out. I’ll order a large coke and i get to the window and pay then i get told “oh we’re out of large cups” that’s happened twice. Or they go out of boberry biscuits on a weekly bases its always a hit or miss on those.

Recently visited Bo at Farrow Rd in Columbia SC location. It was disappointing. Complained to employee about half filled side orders. Was told that management wanted side orders filled with smaller amounts. I paid full amount for meals however. No Mo Bo!

One employee was apparently mad about something and did nothing but scream and yell at the other employees. That was the last time I will waste my money at that location.

I ordered a gravy biscuit and there’s hardly any gravy in this bowl. I should’ve known they were trying to pull a fast one when I realized the container was not the regular container for gravy biscuits.

I would give zero stars if I could. I went through drive through was told pull in spot 2 for a 15min wait on chicken. After 35mins of waiting in spot 2 I go inside stood at the counter for another 8mins before one of the girls was told to come to the counter. Keep in mind the girl that was told to come to the counter was already looking in my face her and another girl the whole while. At this point I’m trying my best not to go all the way off on these people for the disrespect having someone Waite outside and then ask oh what you ordered. Then the haffa goes to the back grab a box and walks smooth past me like the other lady says she’s bring it to my car. The dummy brought the wrong food to my car. Still had to go back in to get my order. After someone finally get on them for playing around and bull cramping they finally get it right. What was supposed to be a 15mins wait turned into a hour for some damn chicken. I will NEVER go back to this place they really need management or something for those workers cause Lord knows they need a full staff of people that actually want to work!!

Parking: Their drive through is extremely slow. I usually cut my car off while waiting in the drive through line to save ⛽. And when I finally get to the speaker they still tell me to hold.

Bojangles is a fairly good place to eat from but at this particular restaurant I got bad chicken in my eyes because it was not hot and it set for a while that is just my interpretation but I am a baker and I cook and sell dinners and I know when chicken has set and I had gotten some bad from this particular Bojangles in West I am not saying all Bojangles serve bad food because I have been to quite a few Bojangles and the chicken has been dropped fresh and and serve fresh but this particular time it is not good at this location
