In general, Bojangles is nothing if not consistent. However, I had potentially the worst Chicken Sandwich of my life here this past weekend. The breading and bun and pickles were just fine, however the meat inside was rubbery and bounced back when I tried to bite it. Truly gag-worthy.
Stay away from their fried chicken sandwich, go for the Cajun filet biscuit.

Placed my order through drivethru on 11/11 the restaurant wasnt busy, I ordered a chicken biscuit combo and a ham egg and cheese biscuit combo. The total was @ 14.00. After arriving room I noticed I received two egg and cheese biscuit combos. Ive attempted to call to report the mix up but voicemail constantly picking up. After leaving my name and number the management has decided its not important enough to return my call or make my order right. This isnt a way of conducting business in my neighborhood.

Boyfriend bought us lunch. Fries were extremely old and inedible. My Cajun filet biscuit was raw. Brought up to the store and received the worst customer service. The manager didn’t even let me explain what was wrong before cutting me off so I didn’t get my fries but the Cajun filet came out fresh. Employees moved slower than snails if they were asked to do any work. (Observed as I waited). I have two jobs in customer service and this establishment will surely continue to go downhill since nobody cares about their food quality/customers. I know it’s fast food but still wrong to make people feel unwelcome.

Just left this establishment. Wanted to pick up lunch and was greeted by one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. How are you a chicken restaurant with no chicken cooked.... Totally slack with a attitude.. and for whoever working drive thru.. if you don't like your job. Quit!!

Kid-friendliness: I wore my Texas A & M t- shirt at S. Carolina Bojangles. Texas A&M lost the game the day before. I thought I was a celebrity. Bottom line, the people welcomed me to S. CAROLINA and safe travels on my way back home.

Terrible terrible just extra TERRIBLE, no type of customer service, it’s super duper ghetto, I placed a order thru the bojangles app and had to wait 30mins for my when I caught a Uber to pick it up, my Uber had to leave I had to wait outside for 35mins & they never asked about my order I had to bang on a locked lobby door to get customer service and they answered the door with no regard to a customer who is a patron of this business, the entire crew needs to be fired.

Front cashier with braids handling a broom and touching over food utensils and food boxes. She did not care for the quality of food she gave out. The chicken was hard .biscuit was hard too much dough. They were already complaining about the store's upkeep while customers were at the counter. Just shut the whole place down.
