It is 12:13pm on a Thursday... a traditional business day.

Essentially it is the lunch hour and you would think that a fast-food eatery would be adequately equipped with the necessary food to satisfy a lunch service!

We were told there was no chicken available no dark meat and there was only a brest and a wing to provide for any chickenrequest.

It seemed to be a hard concept for the staff to understand how unusual that was. We just got deer on a headlight...👀

I walked into the restaurant. The people behind the condo was looking at me. There was some people already inside in a few came in behind me and we waited there 15 to 20 minutes before someone told us that they only taken drive -through. this was at 10:20 AM.

They have an automated drive-thru assistant, while it took our order and finished it. We proceeded to pull up to the window where they proceeded to inform us they were out of chicken, the only thing they had were tenders at 1000 at night and they closing hours are at midnight. How you running out of chicken only Saturday night? I really wanted some wings and @zaxbys were also out of damn wings next door too.

My experience today on my break EXTREMELY awful. I've never felt so disrespected in my life. I did not get her name. However she may be a crew leader or whatever. My order was incorrect. I politely take it inside. I was missing a piece of chicken. She asked are u sure it's not in the. Told the other worker to check and see. I dropped head and shook it. Did not say anything and she just went off on me. She never stopped. So finally say DID SAY ANYTHING TO YOU? I DIDN'T OPEN MY MOUTH. This fool said no but your facial expressions did. She kept carrying on. Then this wanna be female dude came around. Asked me what happened. ATP I'm pissed. "It" looked at me and said ma'am that's a grown women don't be talking to her like that. I said and I'm a grown woman too. Mind you the big girl still running her mouth. So I asked for a refund. I'm so mad that I'm tapping my foot. The wanna be looks at me smirk and said you know what let me go to back. So Ms mouthy comes up to give me my refund. As I walk out, she facetiously calls out THANK YOU HAVE A NICE DAY BE BLESSED COME AND SEE US AGAIN! With a smirk. I need this to get to the store manager, district manager, regional manager and franchise owner. I EXPECT TO BE CONTACTED.

I try not to visit this location if I don't have to. There is always something lacking on any given day. The employees act like they don't have a clue! The overall experience is horrible! I will never return and I do not recommend it!

I never post reviews, but please…your time and money is better spent elsewhere. I placed an order in the drive thru. They severely underestimated the wait time. I had to walk in to get my order. It seems like they totally forgot about it. I waited about 20-30 minutes for my food as they prioritized similar orders that were placed after mine. It’s almost like the worker couldn’t comprehend what was on the receipt. I had to walk them through my order.
