They did seat us without a reservation, however, every single server in this establishment walked by us and not one stopped to welcome us or take our drink order. Waited for the wait staff upward of 25-30 minutes to no avail. Chose to leave the restaurant, which we have never tried but really wanted to, without any service being rendered whatsoever. Perhaps it was a miscommunication, or perhaps we didn't look like we were well off enough to afford to dine at such an establishment. Either way, shame on you Bonefish grille. We were genuinely excited to try your menu, guess it was not meant to be.

I had an amazing 5-course experience last night. Tanaka was an excellent server. He was very present but not overbearing. His recommendations outside of the preset menu were spot-on. Food and drinks were amazing! What a great night at Bonefish Grill!
I recently went to the Merry Martini dinner at Bone Fish and it exceeded my expectations. The food was great, drinks amazing, but the service from Tanaka was superb. He was friendly, Witty, inviting, and funny. His knowledge of the menu was great, and his warmth was very comforting. I will continue to return to this location. I RSVP’d to the next event in January today!

So this is an update to my previous review from my other Google account. I left a review about my husband and I having a date night at Bonefish Grill on Bower parkway. So the link they left me lead me to their website that has an email. After getting frustrated with trying to figure out why they pointed me to this contact page, I decided to call. The gentleman that answered my call explained that I did the right thing by calling because they usually just post that so someone can call the store…why not leave a comment saying that instead of dropping blues clues on how to reach management. Any way, he told me he would have the manager to call me when she comes in and she’d be in later that day. No one called. But it’s ok, myself, my husband and my daughter were all sick (because we gave her leftovers if you recall from my last review) so I didn’t have the strength to hold much conversation.
I’ve spoke to someone name Norii Kirkland or at least that’s what the voicemail says when I try to call her back. She calls a few days after someone was supposed to call and asked me about the incident. She said they would make it right if we accept 2 of their options. I asked if I could speak to my husband when he gets home from work and give her a call back. I did call back and have called back several time but I only get voicemail and no return calls.
Like I said, never again will we eat there.
