This location has inconsistent service and food quality based on two recent visits. The first visit had way less than desirable Bang Bang Shrimp: over cooked with chunks of fried matter. See pic. It was a Wednesday and Bang Bang at a discount so imagine it had been pre-made. We had a group of 4 and celebrating a bday so didn't want to be obnoxious and send it back. The white male waiter was marginal and at one time 2 of 4 beverages totally empty. The selection of sides is super as always and the pumpkin creme brulee fabulous which caused a repeat visit a week later before that dessert disappears until next year. The second visit was good with fine server Lee and tasty eats. Note: don't bother completing official surveys Bonefish emails. After wasting time completing the surveys, they don't allow you to send them. I tried on both my phone and computer. They have some glitch in their system.

Had a wonderful visit with Lee as our server! Enjoyed the mixed seafood grill which once again did not disappoint! Definitely be back!

Based on previous visits to this location, I got the impression that management is really trying to improve on many levels. First, the service was remarkably better than previous visits!! Our server, Lauren, was wonderful!! Last night was her first night working alone after being trained and you could tell that she was a bit nervous. However, she did GREAT!! She was kind and attentive and so professional!! There was a mix-up from the kitchen on our food but she handled it like a pro. The manager, who was very kind, even stopped by our table to apologize!! Second, we had noticed that the food quality had gone downhill on previous visits. However, last night, the taste, the temperature and the presentation was second to none!! We also felt like the restaurant seemed fresher and cleaner than in past visits. Lastly, I wanted to mention the host because she was absolutely welcoming and friendly!! That had been lacking in past visits too! Though we had a 7:45 PM reservation, we arrived at 7:35 and were welcomed and seated promptly!! Overall....such a great experience! In fact, the Harbison Bonefish will go back on our date night rotation!!

From the moment we walked in, Bonefish Grill delivered an outstanding experience—but the real star of the evening was our server, Jamie. She greeted us with a warm smile and set the tone for a relaxed, enjoyable meal.We tried the Bang Bang Shrimp (a must!) and it was perfectly crispy with just the right amount of kick. For entrées, everything came out hot, beautifully plated, and cooked to perfection. What really stood out was her attention to detail and cheerful personality. She anticipated our needs, remembered small requests, and created a welcoming, personal atmosphere that elevated the entire dining experience.

I recently came in to dine and Jamie was the worst server I have ever experienced. I believe that she is prejudice and her attitude was disgusting. I will not be returning to another Bonefish.

Bonefish Grill is disgusting. The food was trash, overpriced, and made me violently sick—I threw up my whole meal after leaving. Clearly they don’t care about freshness or food safety. Never eating here again. I even got proof of me being sick immediately after, Bonefish is on Harbison by the time I got to Lake Murray Blvd in front of Zaxbys I was throwing up all over my car.

They did seat us without a reservation, however, every single server in this establishment walked by us and not one stopped to welcome us or take our drink order. Waited for the wait staff upward of 25-30 minutes to no avail. Chose to leave the restaurant, which we have never tried but really wanted to, without any service being rendered whatsoever. Perhaps it was a miscommunication, or perhaps we didn't look like we were well off enough to afford to dine at such an establishment. Either way, shame on you Bonefish grille. We were genuinely excited to try your menu, guess it was not meant to be.
