Breading on the fish was so thick you could not taste the fish otherwise it was basic seafood restaurant. There was so much dust all over that it set off my allergies and there were cob webs. Not a clean restaurant by any means, but they do the basic things like the floors and tables. Overall cleanliness is lacking.

The food was amazing. Delicious!We got sat immediately, which we did not expect.The only complaint we had was that our drinks went empty a few times. But we assume it had to do with how they run their wait staff. It appeared they had someone separate to refill our drinks rather than the waitress who was taking our order and waiting on us the rest of the evening.

This bonefish grill location truly disappointed me after looking forward to grabbing food to go. I ordered the bang bang shrimp and received an extremely small serving. Don’t order this to go because you will be highly disappointed.

This location is spotty in terms of both service and food. Sometimes both are excellent, sometimes one or the other is off. On prior visits, they once served me cod masquerading as Chilean sea bass. But at least the service was exceptional on that occasion, with staff seating us rapidly, bringing water and bread, and checking on our needs throughout the meal. We've had a few great experiences since. However, on our most recent visit, I had to go up and request that our water be brought to the table (about 10 minutes in). The salad was brought about 15m in, but we still had no water, wine, bread, or silverware. We quickly got utensils but didn't have all the accoutrements until about 25m into the meal. One dish was great, the other was mediocre. We have been so pleased by some meals there, but frankly they need to work on consistency. These are all weekday lunches when the restaurant is not particularly crowded.Dietary restrictions: They try to accommodate but often get it wrong. Not sure if it is the server or kitchen.
Great spot for a wonderful upscale dinner date. The food was superb!! The seared tuna appetizer was the best. And the Brussel sprouts are a must try!! They have a wonderful wine selection too. The service is as fantastic.

the food was great. my only unpleasant thing was-there werent very many people in the dinning room,but they sat everyone back to back in a booth then directly next to us was a large group table with 3 tables put together. The center was wide open. this made it very loud with people talking all around and next to you.

Atmosphere is cool. Took a while for the waitress to come over.I even made reservations but they still had trouble finding them even though the restaurant was half full.I ordered the blacked fish tacos with the salsa on the side as I have an onion allergy but they still put the coleslaw which was flavored well but they put so much seasoning on the fish it overpowered the whole dish and made it horribly dry.Had to wait over 15 minutes to get drink refills on tea but can understand why bar drinks might take longer but the drink pitchers were literally sitting right behind us but our waitress would just disappear.The rest of our group order the fish and it was amazing and so juicy.Been waiting a while to try this place but it's probably going to be a while before we visit again.
