My husband and I went for our anniversary and LOVED it. We will definitely be back. We got there as soon as they opened and of course got seated right away. Our waiter was phenomenal and if they were out of something, he'd make a suggestion on a alternative. The food was fabulous as well. Definitely 10/10

First off, WOW!!! This place is a must visit. We were well taken care of by Terran she is a must have. The entire staff was pleasant and attentive. We were at Bourbon last night and are headed back tonight for fantastic food, drinks, and service. Bourbon will be our first thought when anyone asks what to do in Columbia. Great job!!! ???

Smoked trout appetizer is very imaginative and delicious. Entrees were the tastiest, largest, soft shell crab we've ever eaten and a fried pork chop that could have fed 2 but was perfectly done, moist and flavorful. Definitely a great experience.

This is a fantastic, low lit bourbon driven gastropub in the heart of Downtown Columbia right off Main Street. The staff is friendly and very welcoming, the cocktails are beautifully crafted and delicious, the bourbon menu is extensive and the atmosphere is festive without being obnoxious or questionable. The clientele is attractive and well to do. Very much enjoyed is here. Will definitely be back. Highly recommended.Kid-friendliness: This is NOT for kids. Leave the children at home.

One of the best cocktail bars in Columbia!Ah, and my favorite: the timeless Old Fashioned! ?This iconic drink doesn’t disappoint. The bartender’s craftsmanship was evident—the balance of bourbon, sugar, and bitters was spot-on. Sipping it felt like a warm embrace from an old friend.
First time trying Bourbon and it won’t be the last! Great experience. The food and drinks were amazing. The flavors were perfect. I started with the Cajun crab dip and an Old Fashioned, special made with a Rye. Then had a Heart of Darkness with Étouffée. I loved it all!The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I got seated immediately at the bar, which I prefer when dining alone.Parking: Street parking is free after 6pm. Free lot in the back. Just get buzzed in and only go to Bourbon.
