This is the second time I've been to this location where I felt like I was invisible. Stopped by to get some bagels no one was in line ahead of me and I was ignored for several minutes while the staff of 5 talked amongst themselves. When I finally got my bagels had to wait at the register. Again same thing lady that took my money was very rude

$5 for this bagel. Where is the darn cream cheese. Having worked as a manager for breuggers in NJ. I know they are supposed to use the measuring scoops to properly measure the cream cheese. The extremely feminine dude gave us the evil eye the moment my family walked in. We were then given a unprofessional attitude in addition to expensive bagels that had almost no cream cheese and another bagel sandwich that was completely wrong. Sad all it takes is one person to completely ruin the entire experience. And the water dripping from the ceiling is gross dripping on your food.

I will tell you that Bruegger’s Bagel by far will be closet taste of a New York bagel. Born and raised in NYC I know bagels and this is it ! The staff are excellent with a willing participant to assist you in making your selection. If you are looking for an excellent tasting bagel stop at Brueggers Bagel and you won’t be disappointed.
