Sitting herre currently eating at 1030pm & its a slight buzz noise in the air..quiet for the most part away from the bar that is 😂 beer cheese cheesesteak & onion rings teriyaki bone in wings THE FOOD IS PERFECT OMG ITS SO GOOD the service was amazing & attentive we loved it! Will definitely be back

Very disappointed at our experience here tonight. The wait for a table was acceptable as it was a crowded night. However, once seated, it took a little while to have our order taken. After we waited for about 45+ minutes, food brought to customers who were seated after us, and no refills for our drinks, we finally were able to get the attention of our waitress who said she had been pushing the kitchen staff to get our order out, but she left without fully hearing our concerns (no drink refills, no true update on food). Shortly after, the manager came to our table and our party informed him about our experience to that point. He quickly made sure we received our food and refills. Our waitress apologized for the long wait and made sure we had everything. Then she disappeared for another 30 minutes and did not check on us until we had to flag her down again for boxes and a check. If you want good food, come to BWW. If you want good service, don’t come here and just call in an order.

I have been to this location TWICE now and have walked out both times due to having to wait 15+ minutes on a server. The second time we had to flag a server down, and gave us an excuse of ‘let me talk to my manager to get someone assigned to your table’… it’s pathetic that a restaurant runs this poorly.

Lack of staff tending to tables, wings were overcooked with barely any sauce on them. Waited over 15 min just for our drinks to arrive. Waitress was pretty much absent after delivering some of our food, kitchen staff brought out the rest with inconsistencies with our order. Will not be coming back as this was a poor first impression

Loved the food and the service was great. Surface were awesome and we had a great atmosphere enjoying the football game. My boyfriend ordered the hottest sauce. They had like an idiot. The poor server warned him several times but he really enjoyed it. She gave it to him for free just to see his reaction lol highly recommend this establishment
Awful place! I keep trying to give Buffalo Wild Wings a chance and they disappoint me time and time again. Received the incorrect order with plain dried out wings when all the wings I ordered were sauced. One of the wings only had meat at the tip. How do you mess this up when I called ahead to confirm the sauces and how many wings I’d like of each sauce. I spent $25 on this. They just don’t care at this establishment. Get your wings elsewhere!

We had a large group, ~20, and stopped there after a swim meet. Obviously, that large a group is somewhat hard to accommodate efficiently. However, they presented a new low in service. The assigned only 1 waitress to the entire group. While she was trying to handle it, 3-4 other personnel were standing at the front watching, but doing nothing to help. The food was brought out in a totally random order. Some who ordered 2 things got 1 but didn't get the second item for 20-30 minutes. Some of the food was fine, but some was so burned it was inedible. After everyone more or less got there food & ate, then the second disaster struck. It was totally up to that 1 waitress to get all the tickets to the proper patrons, take the credit cards, go somewhere else in the restaurant, ring them up & bring them back. NO ONE, including the manager, offered to take the tickets at the front register and check people out, to speed up the process. Again, still 3-4 people standing around doing nothing. The whole process from arriving to leaving was INCREDIBLY inefficient. I would not recommend this particular restaurant, or even the chain, based on this horrible experience, and none of us plan to patronize the chain again.
