When your looking for a nice place to unwind after hard work or just during the week, this is a great place. The food had gotten better with some tasty entries like Bacon Mac And Cheese Burgers, and or their Beer Cheesestake. The Margaritas are also fun and flavorful varieties as well. But the main thing that helps me come back is the atmosphere and the employees. My bartender, Marlana, was very kind and welcoming with great service and the manger on site, Skye, was very professional. I will be coming back!

Be cautious when ordering from the app for this specific location. I placed an order on Wednesday, and they sent me someone else’s order instead. I called and spoke to Dell, who mentioned they realized the mistake after the Dasher picked up my order. He advised me to contact DoorDash and request that they call the restaurant to either resend my food or issue a refund.
However, DoorDash informed me that they cannot process refunds since I ordered through the Buffalo Wild Wings app. I submitted a complaint through their website and also called their customer service. Skye reached out to me and said she couldn't refund my $31.09 because, on her end, she had no proof of my payment. I have a picture of the order I received, along with my order receipt and bank statement showing the charge.
Despite this evidence, she insisted that I either accept the gift card she offered or lose my money entirely. When I agreed to take the gift card, I received an email stating that the email address was no longer in service. It's worth noting that this particular location doesn’t even have a BBB file, while others do. This location seems to take customers' money when they are in the wrong, which is ridiculous! After noticing other reviews echo the same issues, I realized this is a recurring problem. I've never had an issue until now. Frauds.

What a joke of a place! I went to my last BWW about 2 years ago when I still lived in the Midwest, but I thought it was just a bad location where I used to live, and I would give this BWW in Irmo a try. Unfortunately, BWW is bad wherever you go!
I had to return my wing order because they were overcooked and lost all moisture in the chicken. They covered them in sauce, hoping to hide how bad they tasted. They bought the 2nd order but then forgot to add the blue cheese, and these wings were only mildly better but still overcooked. We also ordered a large order of fries, but they didn't come until the meal's end and were overcooked and hard. I never got a refill of my water, and while they discounted my meal, the whole experience was a waste of time and money.
The place was nearly empty, but they let a bunch of high schoolers hang around in the front. They were loud and obnoxious but were friends of the other wait staff, so they just let them stay there.
Do not waste your time with this BWW in Irmo, and don't waste your money at any BWW. They are a joke of a restaurant, they overprice their food, they have terrible tasting food, terrible atmosphere, and terrible service.
