This place is the slowest restaurant I have ever been to. Went through drive thru with one car in front of me. Waited behind that car ordering for 5 minutes and then after they pulled up the guy said please wait a second. I waited 10 minutes for him to come back on and say please wait a second again. They must complete one order at a time.

The manager on duty Tanya was absolutely awesome ❤️❤️❤️❤️!!! I really appreciated her making my food although they were supposed to close from 2:30 to 3:15 am (didn't know) for their system update since I have been running around doing DoorDash all night!!! She's always a sweetheart and does an awesome job!!!!

Got my order wrong after cutting me off while trying to order. I was trying to make sure she got everything correct. i ordered a bacon double cheeseburger ketchup and mayo only ( I emphasized this ) I get home to a whopper *not a double btw* no cheese , no bacon and all the way. highly disappointed, wouldn’t recommend. staff are not welcoming on anything.

Food always cold and old and the employees have a nasty attitude when taking your order and if you go up there late through the drive thru they tell you they are closed when I'm fact the drive thru is 24 hours

We went here after 10:00 p.m. one evening and only the drive-thru is open. Our order was correct and when they brought the food out it was fresh and as good as Burger King can get. I wish I had gotten the name of the drive-thru attendant but she was so kind and very conscious of the wait and apologized for us having to wait and seemed intentional about getting things to us as quickly as possible. We did have to wait a few minutes, but having fresh food that was not thrown together carelessly was a positive experience for us. The lady had a boot on her foot and was hustling food out, thank you ma'am!

I came to use a gift card at the drive though, and was told this location they don't expect them, but went in and look at the counter and saw they have them for sale. Talk about irony.
I went thru the drive thru never been here before the whopper sandwich meal said 10.99 you get to the window it’s 13.49 then add tax 14.59 it’s a total rip off they are putting one price charging another thats crazy I will not be back !!!

Prices on drive up screen are not the same as what they charge. I ordered the #4 whopper Jr meal. Menu shows 8.19 but cashier rang up as 8.79 and they charged .02 extra for regular coke as opposed to diet. I decided not to buy since cashier dismissed my request to speak with manager. This was at the two notch columbia sc location.
