I don’t know who owns this Burger King but your staff is trying to run you out of business. Wait is terrible. Staff very unfriendly! There were so many cars that left out drive thru because of the wait. I hate to imagine how much money you loose daily. Staying open for 24 hours will not help you make money!!! This place sucks!!

The people don't really care about what they're doing there. Myself and another vehicle waited in one spot for 20 minutes for somebody to answer in the Drive-Thru line to take an order the other car left and then I decided to leave myself. Do not recommend this restaurant at all this is not the first time they lack management and the want to work. Wish I was managing that restaurant it wouldn't be working like that.

I'm not able to rate the food because the last few times I've come here I come to the drive thru and I am the only one in line except for yesterday. The employees usually don't say ANYTHING when I pull up. Yesterday they actually spoke and asked what I wanted, I ordered and then waited....waited some more with no response. They FINALLY ASK is that all rudely I said yes.....then waited...waited some more with no response again. I pulled off. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN MAN FOREAL. Burger King in Colombia is dead and a waste of time and money. Trust me.

Did 2 mobile ordered with pickup at drive thru, associate (wasn't friendly at all) informed us we could only pickup one at drive thur window so we gave her the order number then she said i had to come inside i said okay but could I have one she said no i had to come inside for mobile orders. No problem went inside stood under sign that said mobile orders for about 10 minutes, then supervisor asked could she help me i said pickup mobile order, order wasn't even ready had to wait a bout 30 minutes for my orders (i was upset cause drive thur young girl was so nasty, but i couldn'ttake it out on the supervisor she was so so nice). I really don't think I will go back to this fast food establishment.

Went tho drive tho at 6:30 at night only one car in front of me. Go to order and the speaker told me to pull to the window without ordering. Kewl.. pull to window. Lady at the register starts giving me a awful adittude cause i didnt order but they told me to pull up. Takes half my order at yhe window and slams the window.. gives me total... tell them i have more gives me more additude..i ordered a firey chicken sandwish onion rings. And a firey wrap.. nothing crazy... i pay after getting yelled at more... food comes out i see they gave me fries .. whatever i was in a hurry i drive off i get home to find a cold fish sandwich and my wrap had 0 meat in it.... whole thing was wrong. Everything waz awful.. service was horrible .... this place is all around awful. Everyone find a different BK this one needs to ve shut down ans everyone fired .

I paid for my order in the drive through at 12:42 it is 1:36 and I still don’t have my food. Slow and clueless doesn’t even begin to cover it. Go up the road to another Burger King, or another fast food restaurant, or go to the store and cook your own burger at home. It will be faster guaranteed.

Update: I went inside, talked to someone, they took my receipt and disappeared. I waited another 15 minutes and left without my food.
