This location was utterly disgusting and filthy! All of the stainless steel was actually stainful! The area where the fries are made had old layers of grease all over it! I asked the manager to step aside and I bought the mess to his attention. I might add that he was a filthy disgusting mess, as well! He proceeded to make excuses and tell me that he did not have time to clean up, as he was walking away from me! He was totally unprofessional and displayed no semblance of caring! I will never return and I do not recommend!

I went through the drive through and after ordering it took half an hour for it to come out. My food was cold. Not enough staff, no apologies, and the person on the intercom was so quiet we had to turn off the car. Definitely not worth it. Go to McDonald's or Wendy's because the wait time here is long enough for you to go home and make food yourself.

Sat in the drive thru for 30 mins looking at the unmaintained landscaping to get nasty food. They need to change the grease!

Stopped to get French toast sticks and fries. Was told they don’t do fries for breakfast. I replied by saying “it’s on the menu”. They said no. I took the hash brown things. Got my order.
Returned 2 minutes later because every item in the bag was reheated food from 2 days prior. The person who took the order and prepared my food knew that. I don’t recommend this location.

They offer 2 different types of mozzarella sticks but they don't offer marinara dipping sauce for them, when I was trying to ask an employee if they had any I had to wait 10 minutes just to see an employee for the first time. A week prior to that me and my friends ordered our kids 4 ice creams, we got served the first one after waiting about 15 minutes and it took them 15-20 minutes to serve the rest and we where the only customers there.. also the A/C wasn't on the employee side they didn't have a key to get to the thermostat and it was 95° outside. Staff was rude and short. I told them that you and to have a good day both times but they didn't even acknowledge me.

They are slow and pull people around drive-through to game the timing system so they appear faster than they are. Food is good usually though

Went here with a friend, the wait wasn't bad, and my food wasn't either. But my friend's sandwich has slathered with mustard, and the onion rings were soft and soggy. The marinara sauce I got was dirty and there was only one. The drinks were warm, the machine's ice was broke and the flavor options worked, but it didn't do anything.
On the plus side the staff was nice
