I ordered a breakfast burrito not the Jr she told me she was out of the regular burrito, mind you I ordered a coffee as well and I paid a lot of money just to get two JRs and for her to tell me she was out of ice coffee why didn’t they take this off the kiosks before ordering , why didn’t why check inventory before ordering , terrible service , she had zero communication skills or even tried to help me , this is the worst experience I have at a Burger King

I was told they cant take orders during shift change in drive thru. Then they came back and said they are short staff please wait. After I had been waiting 20 mins 🙄 but I walk inside and they are taking orders just lying to drive thru. Smh Wait times are crazy just close it back down at this point.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Took an hour for them to make 1 cheeseburger and a value fry. AND a 12 pc mozzarella fry. They were very rude and just stood around doing nothing. The tables were sticky! Very very sticky my cheeseburger wrapper was completely sticking to the table which is disgusting

Newly opened Burger King after kitchen fire, same bad and slow service as before if not worse , if you don’t mind waiting 30 mins for 2 sandwiches and no one else in line, this is the place for you, 😂
PS : go to McDonald’s on Hardscrabble Rd, service is much faster

This is the second in one week that I've came to this location The first time I came inside and simply just wanted an ice cream this location just reopened a few weeks ago and the ice cream machine was broken. This time I went through the drive-thru in order some food get around to pull up to the window to parked and there's two cars in front of me that's pulled in front of the window that has not yet gotten their food and I can't even get close enough to pay.Y'all have to do better at this location.l must add waited 15 minutes after ordering my food

If I could give 0 stars, I would! This Burger King is by far the WORST BK I’ve ever went to. The food sucks and the workers are worse. Whoever was working the drive thru TODAY 12/14/2024 at approx 8:20pm needs to be FIRED!! She can’t comprehend taking orders to save her life!! It was so bad that I literally drove off in the middle of the order and so did the person behind me. Damn shame. Smh.
