Ya know, most Burger King burgers seem to be frozen meat mixed with whatever to make burgers feel n taste hard n not freshly made, they also skimp on lettuce and tomatoes so burger taste like they are always missing something...Now Lake City Burger King actually does something right to bad all Burger King's couldn't make fresher tasting burgers.

If you have 20 minutes to burn in a fast food drive thru when there is only one person ahead of you this is your place. If you enjoy being friendly and having workers be rude to you in return you will be in heaven here. They need to change the wait to "WAIT KING" or "BAD FOOD and WORSE SERVICE KING"

This location on North Main Street is the worst and I will never go there again! This was my second time going there and I should have learned the first time not to go back! 2 days ago I waited 15 minutes at 3:30pm in the afternoon for a regular cheeseburger & fry! Then the fries were not even fresh! The cashier was dirty looking & uniform was very unkept. I asked for a manager to express my dissatisfaction & she said she was the manager on duty. When I complained about the service & ask for my receipt so I could do the survey, she yanked the receipt out the machine which made the ink smear on the bottom part so I could not really see the survey code so that leaves me no choice but to make my complaint public! I truly hope the owner of this store sees this and contacts me to get my receipt so they can see which one of there employees are making a terrible impression to their customers! ...Stay away from this location!

Aside from being one of the slowest fast food restaurants in Columbia, the staff here is horribly rude. After I ordered (and had a very standard conversation with the the lady taking my order) I waited about 15 minutes to pull around. When I did she looked at me like I was an idiot and accused me of cutting her off and pulling around before she’d taken my order. She did apologize when I told her we had talked, and she checked the register and realized she’d made a mistake. After all that they gave us the wrong order. I get that it’s just fast food, but maintaining zero customer service standards is a wild business plan.

Staff could definitely use a customer service and polite chipper attitude portrayal education and I'd even say that anything less than urgent high priority boot camp style attitude adjustment classes the current staff especially the gm and ast mng would sadly enough probably be hopeless for Changeing. I will say that the new bacon melt meal with cheese tots is by far the best most quality tasting, and industry status quo pushing burgers I ever had at a fast food franchise restaurant. So wtg BK, YOU RULE!!

Attempted to go through the drive thru in my company van, however it would not fit. I then pulled around to the front and attempted to go into the lobby to order. The door stated the inside closed at 11pm, it was 10:30pm at this time. The employee was sitting on the counter and the door was locked. I knocked on the door to be told by the employee only the drive thru was taking orders. When I expressed my vehicle would not fit through the drive thru I was told “that sounds like a personal problem”. I chose to take my business elsewhere. What crummy customer service at this location and I could only imagine the quality of food I was about to attempt to spend my money on.

They should have more friendly employees who are not racist towards people who are learning English.
We were waiting 5 minutes in the drive tru for an Uber order, we went to the window and she yelled at us that we had to wait for her to speak and not arrive suddenly, she didn't know how to pronounce the name correctly, I asked her to read it and she told me " Read it.”
I have worked with customer service and I know that your attitude was the rudest at 6 am, madam, if you had a bad day it is not my fault, you are paying for the service.
The wait at the drive thru was really long..took almost 30 minutes to get my order at 1145pm
