Came through the drive thru. Waited patiently after very clearly ordering a 12 piece chicken fry with a large peach mango lemonade. They pulled me forward because of how long they were taking. Finally got my order and drove home in 100+ degree heat. Checked my receipt and everything looked good. Finally got home and opened my food to see an 8 piece chicken fry. Tried to call and get my order corrected (or at least a refund since it wasn't what I ordered). No one picked up, or if any one did, they picked up the line just to hang it back up without saying anything. Why this place gets any business and hasn't been shut down Isa mystery to me. Don't waste your money at this place. You're better off going anywhere else.

The place was dirty bathroom was nasty. I even look past all that and tried to order. The lady was so rude I said nothing and walked out. I will never spend 1 cent in this place. And by reading the other reviews management doesn’t care about the customer experience either.

I've ordered food from this location several times through DoorDash, and each time, they have claimed that someone already picked the order up. They refuse to remake the order or refund money, and will not admit to having given it to the wrong person. When I drive to this location, they always have a long line and are extremely slow to move customers along. I try hard not to come here, and will never have anything delivered again. Management needs to be retrained.

It was ok, I asked for the fries with mozzarella cheese but instead got chicken fries I didn't order, asked for my whopper Jr to be cut in half and it wasn't
The service was great, employees were very friendly and in great moods. The area leaves a lil something to be desired, but all and all it was a good experience.

Ya know, most Burger King burgers seem to be frozen meat mixed with whatever to make burgers feel n taste hard n not freshly made, they also skimp on lettuce and tomatoes so burger taste like they are always missing something...Now Lake City Burger King actually does something right to bad all Burger King's couldn't make fresher tasting burgers.

If you have 20 minutes to burn in a fast food drive thru when there is only one person ahead of you this is your place. If you enjoy being friendly and having workers be rude to you in return you will be in heaven here. They need to change the wait to "WAIT KING" or "BAD FOOD and WORSE SERVICE KING"
