I'm really surprised about my visit to this Burger King. I have avoided this location for a while due to bad past experience with customer service. Today was a total turn around. Everyone was polite, professional, and the cashier showed patience and courtesy. Our meals came out less than 10 min. Food was good, hot and on point. I really must say a major change from the past! My visit was on 10/18 at 3:30pm.

Quantavia was super nice and informed me on the menu making sure I got the most order for my money. Truly grateful for people like Quantavia who can set a standard for how to best serve the customer while being an up lifting spirit. Burger King, you want more customers, Hire more Quantavia's to run your window. We are just visitors from Lancaster, SC whom came for medical treatments... The Excellent service from Quantavia on the way home was a bonus.

Order two whoppers via uber eats with cheese, mayo, mustard and pickles. My burgers only had cheese. Be careful if you order there via Uber eats.

Horrible service. Place the order through the mobile app. That gives you the option to pick it up through the drive through. I get to the location and they tell me that you can't pick it up through the drive through that. You have to come inside. I proceeded to go inside and waited 20 additional minutes for my mobile order. When I finally went up and complained to the front counter they asked, did I let anybody know? I had my drinks in hand so obviously the cashier knew that I was waiting for a mobile order and it was sitting up on the counter and nobody said anything

So my order was incorrect but I am still giving a five star. My reason is when I walked up with my Burger King bag no one wanted to talk to me but a woman stated what can I do for you. I told her my order was incorrect and she put it in right but the cook did not read it. She said sorry and gave me hot fries and another drink. The cook said sorry to me and I told him it was alright no worries. Its how a company employees handle a mistake that brings them ahead because we are not perfect. I wish I got their names but the woman was wearing all black and this happened on 5/18/25 around 2.
Looks like it's being remodeled so it's not clean and the wait to order was almost 15 minutes, and all.food was just thrown in the bag...the fries and onion rings fell out, if would have noticed before I got home...well.

This burger king is very unprofessional and the employees lie I ordered food through doordash app and only had one door Dasher assigned to my order soon as he got there the employees try to tell him that my order was already picked up which was a lie they messed up and gave my order to another dash and refuse to give my dasher my order I had to call doordash and get it canceled and have it remade when they messed up I recommend if you order anything from doordash do not order it from this Burger King
