Just wanted to get drive through after a long day at work. We had two cars in front of us waiting 15 minutes before someone finally came to the speaker to tell them they were not doing orders unless it was through the mobile app or DoorDash. Last I checked they close at 12am not 11pm. They have an hour left of being open and are refusing to service customers who pull in to the drive through. The doors were locked as well. There was nothing stating the insides closed at a certain time.
Will definitely be going to McDonald’s from now on!

My dude grabbed food a couple of hours ago. Messed up my whopper jrs. Clearly they were busy, not paying attention to customers orders. VERY disappointed. Please do better.

I had one of the best experiences at this store last week. The young lady, i cant remember her name right now but I believe it was Shakira had the most friendly disposition and smile. She made sure i got a fresh sandwich like i requested and brought it to my car. We could use a lot more in customer service like this young lady.

I came into Burger King around 2:45pm on Saturday, I waited 30 mins for food, cashier in drive thru said I was waiting on food, I receive food and it was still made wrong and not fresh, I spoke with manager and requested a refund, manager agreed to remake food or did I want a refund but she also processed to the most unprofessional thing and that was yelled to the grill guys that “Aye this lady said her food ain’t fresh” and the grill guys replied back “If they asked for fresh food they will get it” I stated to him it’s the common courtesy thing, if your waiting on one fresh chicken sandwich, why give me one fresh and all of my other food cold.. Grill guy them starts to threaten how he will spit in my face etc, the manager had no control over him and it was a real circus, it was also a cashier boyfriend that was hanging out in the lobby inovled in the situation, he pulled a knife on me and my son, his girlfriend came outside and was trying to fight also, This Burger King is ghetto and it’s highly not recommended -0/10, trying to find a number for cooperate but store number not working and either is any number on line

Burger king in North East next to the post office on Two notch Rd is pure trash. The food is good but the workers just leave. Ppl going around asking for them. Smh. I go to every Burger king except here and bush river.

We want to give a shout out to the manager Thomas and his employee Destiny two very amazing people. They greeted us with smiles and made sure our order was correct. Mister Thomas even gave me a lil mayo in a cup because they were out of the packets. These two went above and beyond there employment to make sure there customers were satisfied I’ll come here every time. Thanks y’all

Yes Burger King! Kind of pricey, but I believe they have the best app for deals! And very easy2 use and redeem. Just make sure your food gets made as you order it. Then hands down Flame broiled burger or their Fresh New Fries hit the spot. And with redeeming your rewards or using your deals Definitely worth the wait!
