Pulled up to the drive thru no cars in front of me, was told we will be with you in just a moment there is only two of us. Ok no big deal I’m sure there are customers inside. 5 mins passes, two cars behind me in the drive thru leave and I say hello again. No answer. I pulled around and see the two employees laughing on their phones not helping any customers. I pull back into the drive thru line, now that they know I have seen them they acknowledge me. They come over the intercom and say “you could have waited I’m just one person”. One I did wait, two there were no guest being helped just playing on phones. They will continue to be minimum wage employees with that minimum wage type of work ethic. Did not argue or stay to get food just left. Terrible.

I know late night shifts are not everybodys favorite but you definitely don't talk to your customers in a rude tone. Very unprofessional attitudes with a rude service. I was make sure to inform them of order properly the nasty comments where unnecessary to make. Everybody inside was on their phones playing around it and the lady at the window that was taking my order was talking on the phone in front of me while rolling her eyes. I tired to ask for a cup of water as well when ordering and was cut off everytime I tired to speak. The only thing that seem to have been done right was my food was cooked correctly and handed to meet hot and fresh. Otherwise I would not recommend this location at all.

This Burger King is trash... how yall close 30 minutes early

The drive through is slow even though I was the only person in line there and I got my burger but had to wait another 15 minutes to get my drink that I paid for but only after my friend went inside to see what was going on and the server was outside of the store conversing with someone and totally forgot I was still at the window. This needs to be shut down. He even threatened my friend.

Went inside. There were only 3 people working. Person at front was counting money and was upset because there was not enough money in the drawer. One worker stated that they were going on break, person at front made comment. He then decided to take my order. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with onion rings and a root beer. The only thing right in the bag, was the onion rings and the root beer. A whopper was my sandwich. Turned around(after I got to my destination) went back door locked. Had to go through drive through. Stated what the deal was person says,"oh yeah, it's here. Sat in drive through 7 minutes, finally left without the bacon cheeseburger that I paid for. Was not happy

The girl it the drive thru window seem as if she was new. So I was being very nice and understanding. But when explain the problem with the 2 orders she being to be nasty and have an attitude. She pushed the window open hard enought that it taped up against my car. Then she snapped and said they just came up referring to the onion rings in order. Like it was my fault that she couldn't understand English when the orders were placed. She needs to learn better customer service. Just cause the company is in the hood the staff don't have to behave gettho.

I mean, the reviews are correct. The wait is LONG but everything is made to order I believe. My food was very fresh so I'd rather wait 20 minutes for fresh food and steamy hot food.

One of the most disgusting fast food places I've ever been in. I ordered thru the drive thru they messed my order up, once I saw hoe dirty and nasty everything was when I walked in I demanded a refund. I wish I could give negative stars

80 percent of the time when I come to this location there is a wait. One night when I came all of the employees were outside in front of the restaurant as if everyone was in break at the same time. There was a line of cars wrapped around the restaurant. The food was good
