No issues with food quality. Just don't count on this being fast food. You'll put your car in park several times in the drive thru, even when there are only a handful of cars.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I simply asked about the military discount that they themselves advertise at the drive-thru entrance, and the response I received made me feel like I was being treated with complete disregard. It was frustrating and disappointing, I truly regret even bringing it up.

WE HAVE BEEN SITTING HERE FOR OVER AN HOUR WAITING TO GET THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU. UNACCEPTABLE
Do not use the drive thru it’s 1 lane and they never take less than 15mins… even if it’s only 2 cars… I’ve been in Fort Jackson for 6 months been at this drive thru 4 times and every time it’s the same thing… every time (before class, at lunch, during early release and after work)
Natasha at the drive through was the only nice thing about this Burger King, she was super friendly and nice. We ordered croissants and my fiancés was flat like someone smooshed it and mine was hard as a rock. We took them back and nicely explained why we were bringing them back, the lady gave us new ones. My fiancés was better this time, but his egg if that’s what u want to call it was flat and he tried to choke it down, but couldn’t…

The worse experience I ever had going to Burger King I waited 25 mins in lane just get my food kinda cold from a girl with a attitude. She says we cannot do tap thru the window but last week when I purchased food for my co workers they took tap thru the window. I don't understand why are they so slow and what's was up with the attitude.

Sadly the worst experience I've ever had at a BK. The staff wasn't friendly or customer service focused. With family day weekly, you'd think they would have ironed out operations. There were 3 parties in front of ours. From the time we walked in the door to the time we got our food it had been over 40 minutes. Only 4 orders had been filled during the time it took us to eat and leave. There was 1 person on the register, I think the manager, who was wearing a mask and hard to hear. She kept walking away and wouldn't take the next order for several minutes. The customers were lined up all the way out the door and down the side of the building. If I may make a suggestion, since this is an every week thing, prepare better. Have 2 people taking orders, someone filling orders for inside orders, drive through was also busy. Give them their own order filler. And have enough staff in the kitchen. To boot, the tables were filthy when we walked in before the rush. It would have been easier to handle if the people were at least friendly and acknowledged the wait. Really disappointed.

45 minutes total from pulling into the drive-through and getting our two burgers.
They keep you at the back window so they don't get hit by coorperate by making customers wait way too long, apparently they don't order enough for location and say they don't have allot of options from their menu anyways so should be faster ordering. Which would explain less than a drop of sauce on the burgers.
Sadly, one could have driven to the one off installation and ordered and came back to the installation with time to spare.

This Burger King is the best BK in the state of South Carolina. The food is always fresh and the staff there is so friendly. I appreciate this BK with every single visit.
