Today, I went in to place an order. I ordered a Whooper cut in half, two American cheeses, one fry, one fountain drink, and a Hershey pie. As I was getting ready to leave, I asked if I could substitute the ketchup for honey mustard because of my allergies. The employee told me I would have to pay for the honey mustard since I didn’t order chicken nuggets.

I respect that she was following guidelines, and she was very friendly, but substitutions for allergy-related reasons should be allowed.
When I got back to my work desk, I also realized my Hershey pie was missing from the bag.
I truly believe more attention needs to be given when handing out orders and accommodating customers with allergies. It’s important for stores to follow guidelines, but also to ensure accuracy and care with every order.

Would give zero stars if I could. Waited over an hour in drive through. Paid for an order after cashier said it at window. After another 25 minutes waiting after paying was given wrong order. Paid for someone else's. Wasn't given my order receipt to see difference. Messed up order and food was cold.

To be honest we're fairly new here, however I have yet to go somewhere on post that the staff were as rude as they were in this facility. I'm not sure if the lady in the drive through was just having a bad day or if she just hates her life but it was definitely clear that she has no desire to take our order and we were not welcome at this place.
I can atleast say the food was fresh and the order was correct.

This place gets super busy on Wed and Thurs and you can expect it to be crowded, but the employees do their best to get things done. Only thing I can say is that through the hustle things gets messy and they just rush through things. Its the matter of the beast when they are against the clock as well. So you give them grace knowing how packed they are and when you get to see them on the other days when they are not as busy and what they can do.

Terrible attitude, I tried to have an amazing time with my 2 little ones but the truth was ruined by the staff that serves you, they can see you standing in front of me to order and they don't pay attention to you, until after a while after I received my order I asked for sauces and the lady answered me in a rude way trying to charge me for the sauces because I didn't see that I ordered something until I let her know that I already had my order on the table and that I only needed sauces with that terrible attitude she grabbed them so much that they even fell on the floor and from there she only gave me one I do not recommend my time of stay was at 3:30 pm on 09/18/25

No issues with food quality. Just don't count on this being fast food. You'll put your car in park several times in the drive thru, even when there are only a handful of cars.

REAL WARRIOR

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I simply asked about the military discount that they themselves advertise at the drive-thru entrance, and the response I received made me feel like I was being treated with complete disregard. It was frustrating and disappointing, I truly regret even bringing it up.

Do not use the drive thru it’s 1 lane and they never take less than 15mins… even if it’s only 2 cars… I’ve been in Fort Jackson for 6 months been at this drive thru 4 times and every time it’s the same thing… every time (before class, at lunch, during early release and after work)

Natasha at the drive through was the only nice thing about this Burger King, she was super friendly and nice. We ordered croissants and my fiancés was flat like someone smooshed it and mine was hard as a rock. We took them back and nicely explained why we were bringing them back, the lady gave us new ones.
