I just came thru the drive thru with absolutely no one on the inside. There were two customers at the drive thru window. Only two cars!!! This lady just told me she will get to the other customers when she get to them. We all sat for 8 mins just to have our orders taken. She said it wasn’t her problem. Mind you she was only dealing with two cars. The four cars waited for her so I drove back around and politely repeated to them what she said to me. She didn’t even answer the car in front of me and told them to hold on. I figured she didn’t hear them. She heard them. She just refused to take their order until she was ready…. With no customers inside and only two cars that she already helped. I literally timed 8 minutes just for her to not even feel any kind of way for our long wait. Will never come back

Ordered a whopper meal with Onion Rings. The onion rings were cold and mushy so asked for fresh onion rings and they made fresh ones for me. The whopper was Luke warm with a stale bun and not made correctly. (Was a manager at a corporate Burger King ). The employees had a bothered attitude (only saw 3 employees). Probably, because there were multiple vehicles parked in the drive thru waiting for their orders. What a managerial mess that place is. Will not go back to that location.

I went to Burger King and asked for a jr Bacon cheeseburger. When I get my burger there wasn't no cheese. I went back and asked can you fixed another jr Bacon cheeseburger. Instead they gave me cheese inside the fries paper. I am so devastated about this. I will not ever go back there again. Customer service was suck and had an attitude. I hope this will get resolved. I am going to take a picture of how they put my cheese in.

This place needs to be closed down I went and spent 35.00 last night only to not get all my food then when I called no answer. Went back the next day the manager some old lady just let me sit for 30min when all I was missing was one order needless to say I walked out . I want a full refund this place sucks and needs to be shut down who is the owner? and why its only 3 employees working

Customer service was awful! The lady had an attitude, and it just was so unnecessary. Other than that the food was hot, fast service, hate that there was absolutely no coffee, but its okay. I won't be coming here again, attitude is not what I need when I'm being nice, and just trying to order.

Went here May 24, 2024 and the girl at the drive thru had an attitude problem. She was mini, sneakly jerking and shoving the money and food to me. She furthermore was talking with an attitude. The person near her whom might have been her manager was not correcting her disposition either. When asking her what was wrong she stated that she was asked the same questions everyday. I responded that I did not come there everyday. She responded that it was from different customers. I responded that I use to work at Burger King when I was younger, therefore it was normal to hear the same thing everyday. Finally, I told her that I wanted fresh hot food. Well, it was not freshly cooked. It was not cold either, however. It was sub par and the temperature was tap warm. So if you want good customer service think twice before coming here. They have good hot food according to who is working that day.
I put in a mobile order and there are no customers inside The restaurant, few cars in the drive-through and I’ve been waiting over 40 minutes for my food.
